I only have the basic light, heater, filter, sand/substrate, rock, 1 plant/duckweed, and baby snails. I don’t know how this came to be because this tank was already struggling to survive so I completely reset it and added the old plants and snails and put completely new filter media. I’ve never had an algae bloom or situation where the water looks like uranium abd Mountain Dew mixed together.

First, hi and thanks to anyone who can help me out with a question. Also apologize in advance if these questions are asked often. Right before the holidays was doing a last minute shop and saw a table of the Nike oversize Phoenix fleeces in many colors. I picked one of the coral ones up and it had a sales tag so I thought oh cool and then saw the sign at the table saying they were on sale. I bought a few along with some other items since I thought they were on sale so at check out I didn’t check the discount or anything due to the sales tag. I try not to bombard the employee with questions either. It’s the holidays, we’re all exhausted. I bought the color of fleece in same color I saw the sales sticker on tag just different size. I went back to buy another today as they’ve been great everyday sweatshirts I wear daily and if I really like an item I’ll buy a few in different colors and use it for years to come. With my schedule I love practical items I can use all the time. It wasn’t on sale and I thought ok no problem but definitely odd as the sales sign was still there. It’s still all same sweatshirt at that table and on mannequin next to sign as well. I went back to look at my receipts for the sweatshirts last time and none of those sweatshirts were on sale. It’s not a big deal but I’m confused about why the tag on the sweatshirt and why the sales sign at the table with mannequin advertising it as well next to sales sign. Felt a little dumb, confused, crazy at the same time. I wouldn’t have purchased 3. It also felt a bit misleading. Did I miss something here besides checking with cashier? TIA

2025.01.18 05:09 DisaRok Allergies, Anxiety, and Blood Pressure, oh my!
I've developed an allergic reaction to fish about a year ago. Since then, I've only had a few other reactions due to cross contamination or just the fact that I didn't realize that a certain food would have fish sauce in it.
Now, I knew that my allergy was passed down genetically from my mother, and I've been slightly concerned that I would be developing other allergies because of it, stuff like honey and the malted barley.
Fast forward to a trip I took to see my family for the Holidays and I go sit down with my fiancée and a few other friends at a restaurant and my fiancée mentions that I have a fish allergy and I do my best to avoid it, not getting the fried chicken because they mentioned they fry it in the same oil as the fish. Though, I did not think to ask if they fried the mozzarella sticks in the same oil as well. I ended up having a southwest chicken salad and maybe snacking on those mozzarella sticks. That didn't end well because I've started having a tingly throat like 10 minutes in and I ended up popping a Benadryl and having side effect reactions to that like throwing up and convulsions.
Not knowing what could have caused it, this sparked just general food allergy anxiety to the point where I was taking benadryl like every other day. I've read up on the side effects and I knew about the links to dementia and all that. I even looked into allergist appointments and luckily they're processing a referral from my new gp. This was until one day, after I've taken a benadryl and a dose of my nightly meds, I started getting palpitations to the point where I asked my fiancée to take me to the ER.
I ended up stopping taking benadryl after that and just generally dealing with heart arrythmia and high blood pressure in general. I've been to the ER one more time because of that and another separate time because I had a reaction to food I made to take care of my blood pressure.
As I said, I should be expecting to set up an appointment with an allergist soon once the referral gets processed and I do have an epipen prescribed, but with bills piling up, including my last ER visit, it's kinda hard to figure out what I can do.
I'm not taking benadryl anymore because of that whole situation and I was wondering what other antihistamine could work? I tried looking into zyrtec, but looking at side effects on drugs.com says that there's an unreported frequency of palpitations, hypertension, and even heart failure.
I'm not sure what I can do in case I have another reaction because of an allergy I can't detect and I'm not able to afford another ER visit.

I hope this message finds you well, Runescape is a game that you continue to develop and or contribute to, and while we seem like 1s and 0s and the source of your revenue I assure you we are much much more.
We are a Community, and id like you to consider that (aside from the bots) we are real people, and we care about the game.
But I digress it's far more than that, you've inherited and caretake Runescape, with that comes so much more than just profit, because you inherited and must take care for the community as well.
The majority of us grew up playing this game, we've created lasting friendship, met and connected with more people than we could fathom, some have found love, created families, all because of Runescape.
As a child I grew up in an abusive household and runescape was my only escape. (no pun intended) and you created a space where I didn't have to feel that way when I was playing.
As a teen, I was an outcast and it still was my escape, I was bullied and friends I met on runescape somehow got me through it (Thanks LU).
As an adult I can't play as much as I'd like, and still it's my end of day zone out relief from work, and chores, and all the other daily stresses.
Just once, let's be better than greed, and create positive change in this fickle industry because it's not always about the Money, or Pr opportunities it's about the moments you create that make lasting moments for someone like me.
My heart is very heavy and It took a lot to be able to post this so please take head, take care of this beautiful game that you've been entrusted with.

So I never struggled with bowel movements until one day I started a new job I was super nervous and I tried to use the bathroom before leaving and I suppose I strained hard and I ended up having hemroids and ever since that day i struggle to pass gas and stool I’ve been in pt for 3 months and dealing with all of this for 1 year now and the hemroid I have is internal grade 2 and has never really gone away so I’m really wondering if it being where it is right in the external sphincter if it’s causing it to stay tightened and if so that getting it banded and removed may let me have normal bms again but I also have no idea if the pressure from the banding could make my pfd worse

I was just watching a video on YouTube about how Amazon is monopolizing the online shopping industry, and how they control the sellers by denying them certain perks if they offer lower prices anywhere else, which in turn raises prices everywhere else. I would like to find alternatives to shopping on Amazon, but it’s hard when they have so much variety on their website.
So I was thinking back and I remembered I’ve had really a good experience shopping on Shopify stores, but every time I got to any of them, it was because I already knew the store and went directly to it. I don’t see a lot of Shopify stores making it to the top of Google shopping ads, I usually only find Amazon or Walmart there.
So I wonder if there is something like a search engine where I can search through all the online stores that use Shopify and then I can find which ones have the products I want.
Can anybody relate or have any suggestions? Thanks.

In Season 3 Episode 1, Del finally learned about the pond and time travel.
In Season 3 Episode 2, Kat remarked to Del that Del never seemed to remember Alice during her time travel trips and that Del may not have remembered Alice in 1974, because Alice might not have talked to her.
In Season 3 Episode 3, Alice was with Teens Colton and Evelyn at Coyle's/the Point. Alice says she has to leave and walks outside, where she sees Teen Del listening to Colton playing the guitar and singing and where Teen Del remarks that "he's really good."
Alice answers Teen Del by saying "yeah, he is."
Teen Del looks right at Alice as Alice is answering her remark.
So Alice, so far, has had a brief interaction with Teen Del in 1974.
So I still think that either Del knows more about the pond/time travel or that she is purposely ignoring that fact and/or misleading everyone that she does indeed recognize Alice.
Del first met Alice in 2023. Alice then time traveled back to 1999 where she looked the exact same, with the same name as she did when Del met her in the present in 2023.
Del has now also seen Alice in 1974.
Even if Del tamped down her grief and buried those memories of 1999/2000, I still think Del should have remembered Alice in 1999 as the girl that was around the summer of 1974.
Del may not have known that Alice was her granddaughter, but I still think that I would remember seeing the same person that looked the exact same that I saw in 1974, 1999, 2000 and then again as my granddaughter, in 2023.
I just think it's too convenient for Del to not remember Alice, even if "memories are mercurial," and Del's excuse in Season 1 in the present of not remembering Alice because "there were so many kids around that summer," just doesn't hold up in my opinion.
I think Del is hiding something and that she knows more than she's letting on for some reason.
