Seen Ween 50-60 times over 20-ish years and the new limbo is taking its toll. Met so many good, kind people over the years at shows, and wouldn't trade for anything. Summer's gonna kinda suck this year without them or an iteration of some kind. I wish you all the best this summer and maybe see you at a JRAD show or a KGLW campout Wink WInk.

Platforms: any sort of touchscreen like ipad or phone Genre: shoot em up, platformer, roguelike(?) YoR: at least 6-7 years ago. Likely early 2010s Artstyle: pixelated Characters: nameless person with a gun on his arm like megaman, frogs? Mechanics: verticaly climb tower, get powerups with limited ammo (one was sawblades and another shot diagonaly) from chests or destroy for money. You can buy suits. I know one was -1 max heath but more medkits drop and another is remove the frog enemies. When you get to a certain height, you pick between 3 different powers. I was not good at the game so no idea what happens after level 1. Details: have infinite ammo for normal type. The name had tower in it i think. Guy might have had cape. The suit selection screen had all the suits in like a carosel.

just wondering if anyone knows how the US ban will impact audios/sounds that have been published by american accounts. as a Canadian, i’m expecting to see a lot of “this sound isn’t available in your region” notifications once the ban goes into effect. i tried finding the answer on google but there’s not a whole lot that comes up. anyone know the answer? and are any other non-americans wondering about this?

I'm new to secondary adrenal insufficiency. I had a pituitary tumor that squashed my pituitary before it was removed and now I have to take replacement hormones (growth hormone, testosterone, thyroid, and now cortisol). I've been taking hydrocortisone for 2 weeks now and I'm feeling much better in general. I take 10mg in the morning (between 8 & 9am) and 5mg in the afternoon (generally 1-2pm).
Everyday after lunch (around when I take the afternoon hydrocortisone) I get really horribly exhausted. My brain seems to barely operate and I'm totally exhausted. I'll stay this way 2-5 hours and then that brain fog feeling lifts and I feel good again for a few hours and then I'm tired at bedtime and go to sleep pretty easily and sleep great (I didn't pre hydrocortisone).
Pre hydrocortisone I felt pretty good until somewhere between 11am-2pm when I'd get a horrible irritation/apathy feeling that made it so I couldn't function (amongst other symptoms) the rest of the day. My am cortisol tests were always at the bottom of normal (post tumor) and I never took anything other than an am cortisol.
Anyone had something similar and was able to optimize timing to feel good all day? It seems like 5mg in the morning and 10mg in the afternoon would make more sense based on how I feel frankly.
