Iāve been on tret for about 19 months and my skin is pretty dry. In the morning itās a bit dry as well and on Saturdayās I go to the gym in the morning but I usually go around 3pm every other day. On Saturday I plan to wake up at 9 and leave for gym at 9:30. Iāve tried not cleansing in the morning and just washing with water and applying moisturizer but that broke me out. I feel like I need the cleanser before the gym. My routine only on Saturdayās would be : wake up, gentle cleanse, moisturizespf. After gym:gentle cleanse, moisturizespf. Night:gentle cleansr, tret, moisturizer. I know cleansing 3 times is frowned upon but going to the gym with dry dirty skin is annoying from my past experience. Any one have an experience with this? Thanks for the help.

2025.01.18 05:40 Vilimeno 90 hours water fast did wonders for me.
About six months ago, after being diagnosed with LC in October 2022, I started intermittent fasting. After trying a lot of āofficialā medical methods.
Headache did go more to the background but was still present. My black stips reduced and are now a rarity. Only present if I concentrate to much or there is to much noise/ artificial light.
Last week Iāve finished a 90 hours water fast. (Water and a ts sea dalt) After two days I could sleep again trough the night, and more surprising to me. I could remember my dreams again. Before if I could sleep 4 hours, I was glad.
Also reduced my intake of sugar ever since the water fast. It made me aggressive and short tempered.
For me it really did wonders, now I am trying to carefully do more in our household. Bc the stories about a backlash are scary.

Hello, I'm currently looking to upgrade my 645 music. I essentially only run when it comes to training, around 10-11 hours per week, as well as racing cross country, roads, or on a track. I've found a couple used Epic Pro, Fenix 7 solar, and 955 solar for all about the same great price. Originally I was only interested in the 955 solar but now I'm really having a tough time making a choice. Will the Epix pro or the Fenix 7 solar be too bulky/heavy for my main use? I think the Epix and Fenix might be more watch than I need but I feel they would be future proofing a bit more. Anyone else make a choice between these that can lend some advice?
