 | Backstory: Bought my grey 435i 8AT with 102k miles as of now 3 Months ago while looking for a new car but now I can’t fight the urge to drive a manual transmission again The Blue 435i: It’s the same year and model as my current car, but it has the 6 Speed manual transmission and the oyster seats, additionally it has 85k miles which I Was looking for originally but it happened to be just to difficult to find and at the time I needed a vehicle Is it worth it to sell my current car in order to buy the manual 435i as it’s a better spec with a 6 speed, currently haven’t done anything major to my 435 so I’m contemplating if I should Purchase the Blue one since this will be my vehicle for the next couple of years If anyone has any experience with the 4 series manual transmission please let me know if it is worth purchasing this vehicle to have for the next 4 years instead of the one I have now, thanks I know I wrote a lot but I’m really on the fence about this Any help would be great submitted by PulzePuzzle to BMW [link] [comments] |

Seriously, "seven deadly sins" is a misnomer. They were classically called the "seven capital vices" because they refer to vices. Evil tendencies, passions, or habits of behavior which lead one into sin.
It wouldn't bother me so much, except any time someone brings them up for discussion under the name "the seven deadly sins", you get a bunch of people pushing their glasses up going "Well ACKSHUALLY scripture doesn't name these sins as uniquely deadly, and sin is just sin! All sin is equal and sin is sin and if you fail one part of the law you fail the whole law!" Great... that's not actually what's being talked about.

Let me clarify I’m not saying childhood trauma isn’t real (trust me, my collection of emotional baggage could fill a pothole on NH66). But sometimes, we treat it like a badge of honor, as if the louder your trauma, the more “interesting” your life story. And let’s not forget the Malayali flavor: parents who love you with food but also casually remind you that you’ll never be as good as Sunil Sir’s son. Ah, the perfect blend of “We love you” and “You are an utter disappointment.” But let’s be real while it’s crucial to acknowledge and address our trauma, life isn’t a full-time sob story. Sometimes, we just have to laugh at the absurdity of it all, like how our parents say “for your own good” while also traumatizing us into becoming emotionally constipated adults.
TL;DR: Trauma isn’t overrated it’s just often misunderstood or exaggerated for clout. Meanwhile, the real ones are out here unpacking childhood memories like it’s an old SpiceJet bag filled with tears and passive aggressive love.

Hi, I don’t use reddit much so I’m sorry if the formatting isn’t very good, I’m also writing this at 5:30am because I can’t sleep so bear with me lol.
I, 18f, have been getting paranoid thoughts that won’t leave my head. Its things that I know are irrational but I can’t seem to make myself believe they aren’t true. For example, I have a long distance boyfriend, and I get these thoughts that he’s secretly someone close to me who’s trying to trick me into thinking he’s a real person that loves me?? whilst secretly just being a close friend or a family member the whole time?? I have no idea why I’ve started getting these thoughts but obviously they’re very disturbing and I’m not sure how to stop them. I’ve spoken to my boyfriend about this and he understands and is so helpful but I still get so worried that everything about our relationship is secretly a lie (including him being an actual, real person).
Another example I can think of, is that I constantly think someone is telling every single person I know every bad thing I’ve ever said to anyone ever?? For example, I recently had a disappointing experience with a classmate and was venting my frustrations to my friend, my bf and my mum, and now that person has deactivated their instagram account and a friend of mine left a message b of mine (where I complimented her) on seen (we usually like/ reply to each others stories). My thoughts are telling me that everyone thinks I’m a horrible person and no ones going to want to be friends with me anymore because everyone knows what I said about my classmate, or that they could be spreading horrible rumours and getting everyone to turn against me; but my brain tells me I’m being irrational- yet I just can’t stop thinking its the truth.
These are just a couple of examples but I’m really not sure what to do and was looking for some advice. I was thinking about potentially booking an appointment with my GP to see if I could go back to therapy, as that helped with some other stuff and these thoughts are stopping me from sleeping and are very emotionally distressing. I’m also not sure if I should just get over this and chalk it up to things resurfacing from the bullying I’ve experienced my entire life, as some of these fears relate to how horrible it got during my college years, especially the second instance I talked about with the rumours, as this mirrors exactly what happened. If you read this far thank you so much, and sorry it’s so long :)

Meu primo tinha um DVD em casa de um anime (tem uns 15 anos ou mais) em que eu me recordo de um episódio. Preciso de ajuda pra descobrir o nome, eu imagino que era um anime famoso (pois era bem difícil comprar um dvd de anime na época) e imagino que seja dublado (não iria ler legenda com a minha idade)
O clima era de terror (talvez minha mente infantil tenha aumentado) e mistério, tinham estudantes que conversavam entre si e um(a) professor(a) que tinha um camaleão ou um lagarto num aquário no apartamento dele.
E talvez esse professor conseguisse se transformar em um lagarto enorme (essa parte não é tão confiável), mas eu tenho flashbacks disso.
Alguém tem ideia de qual anime se trata?
