It is super late, but I have decided to transfer mid year into my community college (less expensive for basics and less commune) , however, I am doubting if I should just wait till next year due to unknown availability classes left and if it is going to be a hustle for my fasfa to transfer since I have already been "charged" and disbursed. When I spoke to financial aid via call they recommended me to drop all classes from the university I am currently in, yet, I have no clue if I would be able to take the classes I need this semester in community college since I have my meeting with my advisor till Tuesday (classes already started). So should late register into my community college and wing it or should I just finish in my university.

So basically, i have a friend that have a friend needs a "daemon" or whatever program that will automatically click a button(on a crypto app) every 3hrs, but it also have to minimize the app after that and activate the app again every 3hrs.
he offered me $400-800HKD(50-100USD), which i happily accepted due to how easy this is... i thought of putting this on AITA but i think no one where will understand how easy this is

My (F, 32) urologist recently referred me to a pelvic floor physical therapist, and she explained my IC in a way that made a lot of sense. She described the pelvic floor muscles like an elevator: you should usually be on the ‘main floor.’ When you pee or poo, your muscles are supposed to go to the basement level. When you sneeze, they might move to level 1. But instead of being on the main floor, I tend to live on level 2/3. So, my therapist has me doing yoga poses to practice relaxing these muscles.
I’m just curious if anyone else has gone through something similar? It’s hard to relax the muscles, and it takes time, but I’m trying to stick with these poses. After identifying my triggers (two cups of coffee and red wine), my IC hasn’t made me cry in a few months! Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else has done pelvic floor PT or finds this helpful.

I have never seen a more insane feature in COD that this. If your playing controller on PC & your controller disconnects just before the game starts, mine in particular has a really terrible loose cable, then the game will AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH YOU to mouse & keyboard. Oh & the best part is that if you don't remember to switch your aiming input setting back to controller before the next game loads in, EVEN THOUGH you can STILL use controller in the lobby they, will still load you in as mouse & keyboard & not let you change during game..............just wow

I have a OSS Team T12-KU tip and my soldering iron (T12-X) is set at 270 degrees, I am using 63/37 solder wire and its not melting (300 degrees also doesn't melt the solder)
This is my second OSS Team T12-KU tip (both cant melt and brand new)
I have another non-branded tip (also KU) and it can melt my solder at 270 degrees
is my solder the problem? (if yes, what solder should i use?)

Rewatching Bones for probably the millionth time and finally got curious about Guzman in Season 1, found this page and joined immediately. It’s great to find my people. I am sure this has been over stated but I will never forgive them for killing Vincent.
I love Sweets! I hate that they killed Sweets too but I always cry when I watch Season 6 ep22. “Please don’t make me go” is the single most devastating TV line I have ever watched and I watch Grey’s Anatomy. I am not a crier. Like I actually started therapy because I was concerned about how well I hid sadness and refused to cry. I weep like a baby every time I watch that episode. If I had magic powers I would rewrite that episode. I am already bracing myself for the sorrow to come and I am in Season 1. Ugh. 😑 Happy to be here though. Thank you for reading my sad rant!

2025.01.18 05:41 BackdoorDan sharpening newb here... is a shapton 1000 enough to get my knife back to its former glory?
I've got an 8" victorinox kitchen knife that i've had for a while. I got a shapton 1000 that I use every few months and the knife definitely gets sharper, but not sharp enough to do the paper cutting trick or to cut through tomatoes effortlessly.
I'm wondering if my technique is terrible or if I need a higher grit block after the 1000 in order to get it to be as sharp as I'd like it to be.
