2025.01.18 05:39 RepresentativeSea26 How can I get myself to resign and hopefully prepare to get another job?
Still in my first job that I got a few months after graduating because my classmates referred me. It's been more than a year now and everything's been stagnant, no increase, and still contractual with minimal benefits. We have several of us here in the same situation.
I know I have to resign because all the cons overweigh the pros for a while now, but I hesitate even though I know nothing's going to happen if I stay, and if something does, it will take a long time. I worry socially about being in a new place again, the work I do, the benefits, etc., as well as my personal and self-esteem issues. It doesn't help that my OJT isn't great or helpful and my current job hasn't given me much development. I'm full of insecurity basically, and yet there's this obvious and urgent need to at least earn more money for life in general.

So I want to build a deck to use my favorite card in (Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning). I originally had a deck that was just all the BLS related cards (Beginning Knight, Envoy of Darkness, Master Swordsman, etc) when I first started MD which was decent enough but I really want to build one that is themed/focused around just light and dark monsters. Does anyone have any suggestions for cards or even whole archetypes that would work well for that?

I haven't really written in a long time and never honed my love of creating, so I'm rather shy while working on different projects. I was hoping to make some writing friends -- where we can exchange openings, chapters, etc, while we write our books. I didn't know if there was a website for this or if it's something available here.
I'm writing a futuristic cyberpunk story.
I'm always learning. I have a love for more detailed description but have been reining it in a little. I expect my first book to not be so great, especially before edit, but a keen eye can be helpful.
