 | We are in the middle of construction of this water access. Original plan was stairs down middle of property to a landing patio, then again down to water level with a patio that ran the length of water. Two large cypress trees, that we 100 do no want to disturb have massive root structures so we are leaving as natural slope. New plan moves patio landing 8’ above water. What color would you consider painting the walls? Would you paint the handrails (or leave them and paint the spindles white? Really looking for advice.
I’m considering a faux wainscoting and doing away with 90% of the wood trim, as it just seems so dated. Once painted, will be doing a collage type wall design.
Considering deep colors like frosted sage (valspar), naval (SW), or indigo cloth (valspar). The hallways will end up being a light greige or classic light gray, but I do love a bold accent wall.
Floors and steps are a white marble. It’s a wide stairwell, but it leads to a basement. So while I want it warm and inviting, it’s mostly because this is one of the first things you see when you walk into the home.

I'm new to hockey and decided to follow the Canucks for a number of reasons. After watching a dozen or so games i'm starting to wonder what the problem is.
I keep hearing Petterson and Miller don't get along, but Petey has said that there are no issues.
Also it would seem that it's more of a gameplay or tactical issue?
I don't get why there are so many "shoot the puck into the offensive zone and hope someone gets to it" type of plays. Coming from a football background, it's best to keep posession and play it safe. Possesion means you control the game. Maybe that's a little different in hockey?
So yeah those are some questions i have, but as i'm new i'm just looking to soak up as much info as i can, so just shoot me down please!

Look so to sum things up. I'm 30(M) with a 31(F) We've been together for 12 years. Things have been rocky to say the least for a while now but it's getting progressively worst lately. Like on a different level to the point of where I'm concerned about it. I wish I was able to post screenshots of everything but I'm not.
I am being manipulated, taken advantage of, And being used as a punching bag. I have agreed to stay (I left once and demanded change and saw it I really did) but now it's slipping right back into what it used to be with her.
The mental abuse, financial, And everything else that accumulates over the years is completely out of hand now.
Idk what to do to either fix it or make a permanent escape from it all. Because there's no way I realize now that I can get any sort of self realization out of her. I'm sick of it. But I love her and I don't want to give up on someone I love like people did me. I came from a background of dad commiting suicide when I was 18 then blaming whilst doing so so my complex is nothing but guilt. But somehow she keeps making feel shamed about who I am and what I want. There's most definitely a big power perspective and narcissistic sense of control happening here.
What's bad though is I see it all but somehow keep waking up going right back to it. I'm weak and feel like a fucking idiot honeslty. Idk what the fuck to do. There's kids at risk involved too so please keep that in mind as well before responding immediately with just fuck her type of shit.
I just wish I had the mindset and headspace to make it make more sense.
