People keep saying this in reference to superteams like the Dodgers and Mets, and in reference to deferred money.
I don’t buy that those are the reasons a lockout would happen. I don’t see why ownership or the players would be opposed to any of what’s happening. (Some owners get to win. Some owners get to cry poor and pocket more money.)
I agree that the Dodgers are annoying, but I don’t know why it would lead to any sort of labor strife.

Since I can't really ask there and I found the "program" here, how the hell do I use this?
The "Read me" didn't awser me the most basic queation of HOW!
I just open a blank page? But it says that I use command? Where?!
And why so many commands and download options?!
I don't understand half of the words in it since I really hate coding anyway, and I'm just trying it out because all my other options are falling.
Maybe I'm stupid whatever but how people say this is the best option if it's so confusing?!

Hi allemaal,
Vandaag gaat mijn moeder overlijden na een nogal moeilijk leven met dakloosheid, ggz instellingen, de laatste jaren een zwak lichaam en nu darmkanker. Ondanks alles is ze vrolijk en maakt er echt wat haar laatste dagen ❤️
Toen we vroegen wat mijn moeder haar laatste wens was begon ze over een brassband die met haar kist boven hun hoofd haar naar riepen. We hebben erom gelachen en zijn doorgegaan met de planning.
Nu blijft die lieve moeder van mij beginnen over die brassband. Geen idee of hier mensen zijn die in een brassband spelen en dit voelt als een onmogelijke vraag maar ik stel hem toch:
Is er een Brassband die vandaag in Heemstede (vlakbij Haarlem) mijn moeder kan eeren?
De huisarts komt vandaag om 15:00 om haar naar het paradijs te verhuizen.

2025.01.18 06:32 Farafel62 Can anyone provide a deep subjective analysis between every single aspect of the '24 RS3 vs '25 M2?
So basically I've had an m2 on order since April so almost a year ago, this was because I was waiting on one that got damaged so BMW placed a order for a new one which then got delayed so here we are. That M2 is apparently supposed to be built in February and delivered May/April. When that delay happened I needed a car so I went out and bought a '24 Rs3 python yellow w/ every option except exterior carbon, it was an in stock car another buyer backed out of, paid msrp btw.
So I bought the rs3 thinking when my m2 (6 speed w/ carbon pack) finally got delivered I would just buy it in addition but I don't think financially that is going to make sense for it, its likely going to be one or the other.
I really am kinda at a loss of what to do, I spent over $2k on my rs3 already having the UTR dashcam installed and tint. The play is to just keep it right, still over a year wait on an m2 its hard to just let that car go. Still even that Rs3 all day though right?

Would anybody here be upset if they upped the pull rates significantly? I spend a lot of money on cards and almost always disappointed. People love Crown zenith because of the high pull rates. Terastal Festival was probably the most fun I've ever had opening Pokemon cards because the guarantee of an sir gives you hope and anticipation. Most of the time when I open English sets I feel regret over the amount of money I spent with nothing to show for it.
I love collecting and I am not trying to whine about it. I am genuinely curious how people feel about pull rates and decided to share a bit of my personal thoughts and experiences on it.

Genre: Crime Investigation
Note: Episode 1 contains some graphic scenes that might cause some discomfort depending on your tolerance level. So please take caution if you were planning to watch this while eating... Personally it didn't affect me but I've watched too many gore and horror stuff so YMMV
My Impressions/Thoughts
I must say that I didn't have such high expectations going in, I guess I have learned my lesson from some of the recently dropped series of similar genres. After the first 2 episodes my impression was it's watchable but I also didn't find anything too outstanding, and surprisingly episode 3 was what actually hooked me and it was what you can call a "main side arc" meaning it wasn't about the actual crime or crime investigation itself. More on this below.
Style Thus far it seems more of a straight-forward and grounded crime investigation drama. All of the "important elements" of a crime drama are present: snow, bath house, and hot pot, and of course, a murder case (or two). You are pretty much introduced to the culprits right from the start so there's almost no suspense in that regard. I would say the difficulty in this type of story telling is that the script needs to ensure to not make either side look foolish or suddenly reducing the intelligence of either parties, as the chase between equals is always more exciting.
Character Depiction After the first episode I almost felt that there was way more effort spent on the antagonists (the criminal gang of 4) than the protagonists (the detective squad). And it didn't sit well with me when I felt that the criminal gang were given "cool shots" -- I just found it strange that they would be portrayed in such a way in such a drama.
Luckily their craziness and the tension among the gang members started to be revealed in episode 2, which was also in direct contrast to how they were depicted in episode 1 🤷♀️...

A dinner of love confessions
Comparably the police side of characters have been a bit weak and this is not to say that anyone's lacking in acting skills -- they are not and in fact I am finding Guo Jing Fei to be really good in this role as a criminal detective, and since I have also watches a few episodes of his other airing drama Small Police Station I can say that he's playing two different persons even though they are both police.
Episode 3 - The Story of Zhen Zhen (played by Zhao Jin Mai) Zhao Jin Mai did not really appear in the drama until Episode 3 and for the most of Episode 3 it's almost like a completely different story. I must say that it's a bit abrupt, as I suddenly find myself watching a story about a high school girl who's being emotionally abused by her overbearing mother and her classmates, with no mention of the crime investigation or the criminal gang that appeared in the first episodes.
BUT IT WAS ALL OK because this continuity in focusing on just one character, coupled with the excellent performance from Maimai, her mother and the supporting characters really engaged me in her story and she became the first character in this drama that I find myself being attached to. I do have to say that some of the conflict and dialogues (especially Mai's responses to her mother) did sound a bit too scripted, but her portrayal really made that a non-issue.
