I see so many artists/writers discussions, standing against AI's misuse, and going on strikes. Even some artists on social media that are still posting their HUMAN DRAWN art and going on about their day. Not even caring.
But is it even doing anything? Are their voices and efforts even making a difference? Because I feel like it isn't. It feels like they're just making the flame grow hotter. But what do you all think? I want to be optimistic for the future, but it's so hard with all this information going around of how this 'tool' is being used for bad.
Like what sort of regulations can even come from this sort of impact on the entire internet?

We have this running prank I guess. It started with him always closing my rear views mirrors on my car. Eventually I caught on and started joining in on the fun. He always comes to my job to eat so I’ll run outside and close his mirrors. The only time we really have access to each other’s cars is when he comes to my job. Today I only closed his right rear view mirror. Then he stepped up his game and closed my left mirror and raised one of my windshield wipers up. So now I need to step up my game but I’m not really sure what I could do to his car that would be mildly inconvenient but not dangerous.
My bf suggested I put something sticky on the back of the mirror so it’ll get on his hands when he goes to move them back. Which would be funny but I’m not that kind of person. Plus it’s messy for me and it’ll be messy for him. I don’t want to do something that’ll take things too far but I can’t keep closing his mirror since now we both expect it.

I (21 years old) really like my girlfriend (21 years old too), the time we spend together is often very good and I have a lot of fun, however, recently, some things have been happening, which is a slight problem with her with the fact that I am asexual, and since we talked about it, I have been feeling increasingly bad and less and less comfortable engaging in this type of activity with her, and in the midst of this, many disagreements end up occurring, to the point that I consider breaking up with her, but, I don't know if I should do that because, as I said, I really like spending a lot of time with her and being in her presence constantly, however, I am afraid that I will increasingly feel that she is more of a friend than a girlfriend, since, she herself told me, that she gives up any sexual activity "for the good of the relationship" and that because of that "she feels like it is almost as if we were just friends", this type of thing has really hurt me and I don't know if I can move on with this type of feeling, however, as I said, I really like spending time with her, so I don't know what to do
Besides, I'm really weak about the idea of breaking up, every time I even think about it, I can't think of a way to talk to her about it without hurting her tremendously...

my LO coughs occasionally throughout the day. i can’t pinpoint it down to it being after eating or anything. i dont think she produces phlegm and its not incessant. i think i might be the only one who has noticed this but it has been going on for a while. she’s late stage and every symptom should be checked out imo but i dont want to worry my family over nothing either.

I’ve been in the hospital 3 days and don’t feel any better then I did when I first got here. I’m 10 weeks and 5 days. I’ve been bed ridden sick since week 6 and I haven’t held any food down for 10 days or water down in 7 days. I’ve lost at least 17lbs. Prior to being admitted I was getting bulk weekly iv infusions and it just wasn’t enough. I’m on TPN as of today and I have been getting zofran (Im allergic to all the other nausea medications.) and steroids through an IV. I’m still constantly throwing up bile or dry heaving. When will this end?! I truly feel like I’m being tortured. I really need even just a tiny relief from this to be able to make it another day.
I’m so sorry to each and every one of you that has had to endure this.
