Idk what i’m doing wrong im so scared I have to pass the nclex before the beginning of feb & im using archer and just started listening to mark K today. Been using archer for a week and my scores are not improving im staying in the range of 45-59%. im getting more pissed off each time i see them. I only have 3 weeks exactly. i can’t reschedule, i have a job aligned.
Anyone felt this way or had the same stats and passed?

I find it absolutely bizarre when people use low recidivism and low deterrence rates as a relevant consideration in designing or imolemting criminal punishments in sex crimes. I'm aware there are statistics that make point sex offences having low recidivism and of harsh punishments in general having a low deterrent effect
1) such risk assessments are statistical and do not say anything about individual deterrence and recidivism
2) they often don't account for underreporting and under-conviction of such crimes
3) arguments based on low deterrence from harsh punishments and low recidivism seem to trivialise sex crimes and make them seem like any risk of them is worth it. You'd obviously be more careful handling a nuclear plant than a smartphone for example. That's how sex offences are , what's at stake is much higher so even small risks of them aren't worth taking especially if someone has already offended.
4) sending a message and social catharsis is more important, often times the benefits of rehabilitation are often advocated but those can't repair the harm that was caused to society and victims , what's worse is it could create perverse incentives to make people falsely accused of sex crimes and have them be treated as free labor under the guise of rehabilitation.
In light of these facts. Why should there two factors matter ? Should they even matter ?

So I bought a car from an guy in Blr with a PY registration and I received the RC. After the purchase the seller is not responsive and so it the first owner l. I would like to change ownership of the car. The car is corporate registered car. He bought the car from the company owner and never bothered to change registration and I would like to first transfer the ownership to my name and then move to registration to another state preferably Hyderabad. The Car is 2011 and make: MB c200 w204 . 58K kms done so far . MB service center maintained all throughout these years. Now I don't want to pay 40% of tax on used luxury car @ invoice rate . The car is maintained well and runs smooth . It was just sitting in a parking lot for years in my apartment and I thought to rescue it 😅 Any solutions / contacts / brokers to sort it out is appreciated. ( I stay in Blr if I can get the work done remotely that's awesome else a broker or myself ) Sorry for the long post. Also I could get any response from CarsIndia so going into local subreddit .

Mother wants ‘pumps dyed to match’ the dress. The sandals ended up being so uncomfortable. Cover was drawing/illustration of girl showing the sandals to her mother, maybe while in the store, wearing the blue dress. Maybe scholastic book.

While they're are being supported by the rest of similar bitter states-- builds an complete narrative against Assam and Asssamese and blatantly puts all of the blame on our side solely.
And offcourse, there will be hardly anyone speaking from the Assam POV.

I've had an iPod classic for about two months now and I am loving it! I have put about 7k songs on it. When I used spotify, I really enjoyed making a million random playlists. I used spotify for about a year and made 200 playlists. Does anyone have ideas for making playlists easier than making an on the go playlist and renaming it on the computer? or making one on iTunes and then importing it? even better - is there a way i haven't heard of to translate spotify playlists to itunes? any ideas appreciated. I never really did this before but I really need to talk to someone but i don't want to bother anyone in my life.
I'm 19 and i was in an abusive relationship for 8 months, it's been a year and even while i'm writing this i'm scared that somehow he's going to read this and try to contact me.
i'm really sad all the time, and when i'm not sad i don't feel like a real person. I can't sleep because now I'm scared of the dark, and everytime I'm alone at my house I get anxious at every noise because I think it's him.
I know I'm being irrational and there is no way he is going to contact me or come to my house but I'm still scared.
sometimes i even think i see him in the streets but it's never him, like I'm hallucinating or something.
I can't afford mental health care at the moment, so if anyone knows like good meditations techiniques or something I don't know. I just want to be less scared and more real.
