I was 10 and my mom got mad at me for attempting to try out other religions like witchcraft etc (NOT BELITTLING CHRISTIANITY, I STILL PRAYED) and she hit me and called me names and such and that scared me back into Christianity. Now, at 13, every time I pray over food, sometimes I cringe at it
BUT THAT’S NOT THE POINT HERE!! I don’t understand how God said “Follow Me, and there will be eternal life and happiness”
um we’re still waiting on that

i was prescribed Prozac, and im so hesitant on taking it.
im on 20 mg and hearing peoples stories and the side effects make me too scared to try it. im an extremely paranoid and anxious person, extremely, and hearing people have nightmares and vivid dreams scare me.
i had 2 similar dreams about murder, and i use to be really into true crime which contributed to my paranoia and im scared it’ll worsen. i wanted to take my first pill tomorrow morning, but im just hesitant about antidepressants now.
i don’t think i can heal on my own though, i’ll be doing therapy soon but im just afraid right now. my family is really anti antidepressants, and since i recently turned 18 i was able to get them without my parents consent but i just feel really confused on what to do.

As the title says, I find most instances where people attempt to differentiate between "the female gaze" and the "male gaze" they're just describing aesthetic and sexual attraction. This particularly pertains to aesthetics when it comes to people. In a lot of comparisons, one is more sexually attractive or arousing (e.g. one person has more sexually dimorphic features) while the other is more aesthetically interesting, fashionable or just "pretty". There isn't really a need to gender these two types of aesthetics.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A federal filing shows that a date has been set for the former banker and accused co-conspirator of Alex Murdaugh, Russell Laffitte.
Laffitte is scheduled to be in court in May, with a pretrial conference scheduled for May 2 at 10 a.m., jury selection will start at 9 a.m. May 5 and the trial is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. the same day.
Why he’s going back to trial
Shortly after he was found guilty, Laffitte appealed his convictions for bank and wire fraud, citing the removal and replacement of two jurors who are implied to have disagreed with his guilty verdict. He claimed this was cause for the courts to vacate his sentence and grant him a new trial.
His appeals case was argued in September.
In November, the court ruled in Lafitte’s favor.
In 2022, a jury convicted Laffitte of helping Murdaugh steal around $2 million in legal settlements and sentenced. Judge Richard Gergel sat bench for the trial and sentenced Laffitte to seven years in prison and pay $3.5 million in restitution in August 2023.
The appellate court determined that, during his trial, the removal of two jurors was mishandled as Judge Gergel.
He accepted one juror’s request to be removed during a one-on-one interaction, in doing so failing to allow the defense to object, and removed another for needing medication.
Both jurors at some point indicated to the judge that they felt as though the other jurors disagreed with their vote and that they were being pressured to change it.
Judge Gergel unilaterally and privately made the decision to excuse both jurors and returned to the courtroom to let them know alternates would go in.
The defense later objected to the entire process, indicating the pressure and decisions the jurors noted should have meant a hung jury, since their notes insinuated they were not convinced of Laffitte’s guild.
The jury with its alternates came back in less than an hour with a unanimous guilty verdict. Because of this, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Laffitte’s Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, those being the right to be present and the right to an impartial jury, were violated.
The Nelson Mullins law firm released a statement on the decision in November:
“We were pleased to see the Fourth Circuit’s decision to vacate Russell Laffitte’s convictions, which validated the concerns raised by our trial team and protected the fundamental right every accused has to a fair and impartial jury. We are extremely proud of the work of our trial team, led by Bart Daniel and Matt Austin, and congratulate Mr. Laffitte and his appellate counsel on this win.”

Okay so I lived in all of Maricopa county for about 23 years of my life so far so I'm very familiar with Arizona as a whole but currently I'm thinking of moving back because my parents are getting old and I currently live on Big Island Hawaii which I absolutely love as far as nature goes but I can't focus on my engineering career as far as parts manufacturing goes and whatnot and we have about a 1400 ft lot in Wittmann AZ. My plan is to build a shop space there with a house or combination of both but I was wondering is there a super strict zoning regulation or anything like that? Ideally I would just get a handful of shipping containers and retro fit them. Would be nice if I didn't have to go down the permit route but I'm not sure if there's a bypass for that. I'm an extremely clean and OCD person so anything I do is not going to be ghetto but still. I don't have a massive amount of money so I was partially considering a manufactured or modular home but for that price around $150k I can do a lot more.

I read Illynav's and hwayoung's descriptions a few times but didn't catch anything that would lower the damage as much? Then I attempted to kill hwayoung with pavel after his s2 was activated with s3 into hwayoung, but it dealt even less damage, like 6k? For Pavel I can guess that hwayoung might have 6k+ attack so I would not penetrate, is that correct? Still, the question about wschuri stands. Is it some arti or what?
