A bit complicated situation it is. So, the complete address has not been given and the post master has to give a call to the recipient to reach their place exactly. I was wondering if they ever contact before attempting a delivery. And now, the remark has been made as “NOT DELIVERED REFUSED” Is it marked only when the recipient actually refuses or do they mark it even before attempting a delivery?

Hello (to the ppl who have taken o-levels and achieved distinctions for most of their subjects)
Im sec4 this year and while i was in my lower sec, i would strive in math, sciences, humanities but not so much on languages (eng especially).
But as i reached sec3, i realised that only my math (e and a math) has been dojng well (getting A’s) but for my humanities im doing really badly. (Not even B’s but C5/C6)
I’m trying to memorise (¿) all the content for history and geog but im still not doing well. In sec4 now, and preparing for olevels, how do you guys memorise EVERYTHING (chem/bio/hist/geog) to even be able to get A’s 😭😭?
I’m really conflicted and demotivated right now 😭.
Anyone can share tips on how you guys study content heavy subjects (memorising, notes, etc)

So my parents had a fight yesterday and tbh no one is in the wrong. Both of them are right in their own way and are justified to feel that way. They're barely speaking to eachother now and I'm contemplating whether to intervene or not. I wanna console my mom and talk to her but she seemed like she didn't wanna talk about it.
Today morning, I tried to talk to her normally and she was like "Im having a headache, please don't bother me." So idk what I'm supposed to do. Should I just leave her alone and wait until they reconcile on their own?
For context, they really do love eachother a lot and they rarely fight, but when they do, it's about serious stuff. And it usually takes a while for them reconcile. Also I'm 18F, and I feel like since I'm a bit older now, i should intervene in these sort of stuff but idk am I supposed to? I just feel really bad, and I can't see them like this.

But finally I have completed all the interviews out of which the first and third were elimination and the fourth and final round was completed yesterday. I live with Duplex house over two years with other neighbors on different floors. It has been rough nights where the neighbors on downstar turn music on very loud night (pass over 10 pm) that I cannot go to sleep because of the bass music noise. I have asked him to lower down occasionally yet it seems like getting points where the neighbors seemed upset due to continues complaint and may not be willing to corporate.
My landlord aware this issue. Also, I have been documenting everything with evidences of noise, text message and email communication. I know the lease has "cluase" for quiet enjoyment hours.
If this issue does not resolved, can I break the lease and find another place where it is quiet? If not, what are other options to mitigate this issues? I am not sure if I can survive well with this on going noise issue while I have to wake up in the early in the morning for work.
