Hello guys, I would really appreciate help in regarding am upgrading my MacBook Pro 15’ mid(2012)
The upgrade consist of the following:
- 16 GB RAM DDR3
- 1TD SSD
Here is my question and I hope someone gives me a positive answer and what is the best to do.
Can I install for example Mac OS Sonoma straight from the Apple Store or I have the DMG file?
I really don’t want to do it through the application open patcher
I am well aware that it’s not compatible. the max I can upgrade is Maverick or Big Sur.
Please guys who knows or done this before give me his experience and I would appreciate it with like or not like so I know fina solution.

Hello guys. Does anyone know a car rental place where I can rent a car with just a few months of experience? I would not mind paying more. I have just recently attained my licence and fear to forget things if I dont continue driving for 12 months. Unfortunately, I only have a month in my country before I have to go to Korea to practise. Purchasing a used car seems a little expensive, so I would only consider this in emergency cases. Also, I would be living near shinchon where I don’t need a car. I would appreciate every answer :)

Bonjour à tous,
Ayant commencé récemment en profession libérale (depuis un an), je suis soumis à des cotisations très faibles de l'URSSAF pour les deux premières années avec une régularisation importante à prévoir. L'argent est évidemment mis de côté pour ne pas me retrouver en difficulté. Les sommes provisionnées sont actuellement sur les Livrets (A et DDS), histoire de faire quelques intérêts et d'avoir la liquidité au moment de la régul. Voilà pour le contexte.
Je me pose maintenant la question de l'articulation entre la provision et mon épargne personnelle. En effet, suivant les conseils du Wiki, j'avais pour idée de placer une partie dans les livrets avant d'envisager le PEA. Mais mes livrets vont finalement être remplis par de l'argent qui ne m'appartient pas et qui a vocation à sortir d'ici l'année prochaine.
Où placer mon épargne personnelle en attendant ? Est-ce que je commence à remplir doucement un PEA sachant qu'à l'issue de la régularisation, je devrais tout de même conserver une fraction des sommes provisionnées et qu'aucun coup dur n'est à prévoir (pas proprio, pas d'enfants, pas de voiture, etc.) ?
J'en profite pour poser une question pour l'avenir, avec des cotisations URSSAF qui devraient être trimestrielles. Je vais provisionner les sommes trois mois avant de devoir les payer, est-il opportun d'envisager un placement court termes là dessus ? Ou trop de risques pour trop peu de gains ?

Galera eu sempre busquei fazer tudo certinho, manter um linkedin impecavél e manter uma boa reputação, e por isso nunca fiquei desempregado. Mas à alguns meses sofri layoff(assim como metade doeu time) de uma empresa grande brasileira que me tirou de um banco muito conhecido, que pesava no meu LinkedIn. Fiquei decepcionado, arrasado, destruido. Tava como referência tecnica e recebendo só elogios desde que entrei e a liderança prometeu(!) que apesar dos resultados ruims (não do projeto, mas da empresa) não haveriam cortes. Por isso acabei aceitando a primeira vaga que apareceu, 13k PJ, numa empresa com nota baixa no glassdoor, e terceirizado. Mas não parei de buscar emprego e descobri o over employment num react do mano deivyn ao Guia antiético no youtube. Fiquei muito tentado a fazer isso, já que Nessa empresa não tem scrum e raramente tem daily. E agora que passou as vacas magras de dezembro me apareceu outra vaga, mas abaixo do meu cargo, pleno 10k CLT, acabei aceitando claro, é para um certo TJXX, porem também terceirizado. Galera, over employment pode dar ruim? Eu não coloquei nem meu emprego principal no linkedin com medo da outra descobrir.

I don't know if you can but it would be nice to get somewhat of a feel especially if you're paying hundreds of dollars for a board. I don't know how you'd go about it because I don't think you can just go to a surf shop and test ride them. I'm guessing you gotta do some kind of research and maybe you just pic a board and go with it. Maybe it's not that complicated and a board is just a board. Just curious.

Picked it up this week. Nice lady an hour south of me traded in her M roadster, and the dealer wouldn’t give her any extra money towards a new car for including the factory top. Ridiculous!
She actually left the mounting brackets in the M and went back for them a week later when she realized!
Since it was an M, it was finished in Imola Red, few shades darker than the Hellrot Red on the 2.8L, so I’m getting it color matched soon. But with the deal I got on the top and hardware, I might go to some place quite a bit nicer than Maaco 🫣
