Any masters players here able to give a few examples of some pre-season fitness training for an out of shape bloke (aside from stretch, stretch and stretch again)?
Haven't done a lot of running lately and would like to do some simple/easy fitness drills that might help, other than plain old running for time, before training.
I know it's a fun compe but would like to get some fitness up beforehand.

No sĂ© si sean exageraciones mĂas por estar en plena adolescencia (15 años) pero cada dĂa siento que estoy más solo que antes. De por sĂ siempre me ha costado hacer amigos, y aunque no era malo hablando con las personas, siempre me costaba confiar en ellas (usualmente porque me sentĂa atacado por algunas burlas sobre mi aspecto y forma de ser), por lo que siempre fui alguien con un cĂrculo de amistades muy pequeño.
Ăšltimamente he sentido que mis amistades más cercanas se han alejado de mi, casi nadie me escribe y cuando yo intento escribirle a alguien, evitan tener una conversaciĂłn. Hace tiempo que no salgo con ningĂşn amigo, a pesar de que he intentado invitarlos nunca se termina dando, y eso realmente me pone muy triste, al menos cuando tenĂamos clases podia hablar con ellos, aunque conforme avanzo el tiempo me di cuenta de que siempre me hacĂan a un lado, a pesar de que a mĂ me importaban mucho, siempre intentaba estar ahĂ para ellos y apoyarlos cuando lo necesitaban, pero ahora no siento que alguien me estĂ© apoyando a mi. A pesar de que tengo una "mejor amiga", es la misma situaciĂłn con ella, me escribe un rato cada 2 dĂas y me deja de hablar.
He intentado hacer otras amistades, pero realmente me cuesta mucho, he intentado matar el tiempo a solas con pasatiempos como cocinar, jugar algunos juegos que me gustan, escuchar e intentar hacer musica, pintar, hacer ejercicio, estudiar y cosas asĂ, pero por más que intente hacer eso, siempre termino el dĂa rendido en mi cama, sin voluntad para hacer algo, pensando hasta la mañana siguiente cosas como estás y sin alguien a quien comentarle, y siento que esto está consumiendo mi mente.
Solo me gustarĂa ser incluĂdo en algo, y compartir algo de esa amistad genuina que muchas personas dicen tener, me gustarĂa tener un mejor amigo o amiga, un grupo de confianza y esas cosas.
Supongo que no puedo obligar a nadie a quĂ© me quiera, y aunque me tortura la soledad, tendrĂ© que acostumbrarme a sentirme asĂ.

Salut tout le monde,
Je voulais partager un truc qui me trotte dans la tête depuis un moment, histoire de savoir si d’autres ressentent la même chose ou ont fait des choix similaires.
Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai décidé de quitter Facebook, Instagram et X (anciennement Twitter). J’ai demandé un export complet de mes données sur Facebook, Messenger et Instagram, puis j’ai supprimé mes comptes. Pourquoi ? Parce que j’ai de plus en plus de mal avec ce que ces plateformes représentent et la manière dont elles évoluent.
Récemment, Mark Zuckerberg semble adopter un tournant opportuniste inquiétant : une tolérance accrue envers les discours de haine et une posture pseudo "pro-liberté d’expression" qui sert surtout les idées d’extrême droite (à mon avis). X, je l’avais déjà quitté bien avant son rachat par Elon Musk, parce que le réseau était déjà toxique pour moi. Depuis, ça n’a pas l’air de s’améliorer.
Aujourd’hui, il ne me reste plus que YouTube et Reddit. YouTube, je l’utilise pour apprendre ou me divertir, mais parfois les commentaires sous des vidéos un peu politiques me rappellent pourquoi j’ai pris de la distance avec d’autres réseaux. Reddit, je l’utilisais surtout en tant que lecteur, mais je me dis que c’est peut-être ici que je peux lancer des discussions.
Ce qui m’inquiète, ce n’est pas seulement les réseaux sociaux eux-mêmes, mais l’évolution des idées dans mon entourage. J’ai des amis qui partagent de plus en plus de contenus borderline (Papacito, dénonciation du "wokisme", incels, etc.). Quand je tente de discuter avec eux ou de poser des limites, j’ai droit au fameux "on ne peut plus rien dire". Franchement, ça me déprime un peu.
Je me rends compte que j’ai mes propres biais : je suis passionné de politique, je suis biberonné à des penseurs comme Victorovitch, je m’intéresse à la psychologie et aux dynamiques de pouvoir. Peut-être que ça amplifie mon ressenti, mais je ne peux pas m’empêcher d’être effrayé par la tournure actuelle du monde politique, autant en Europe qu’aux États-Unis.
Alors, voilĂ :
- Suis-je le seul à ressentir ce malaise et à fuir ces réseaux ?
- Si vous avez fait la même chose, est-ce que ça a changé quelque chose pour vous ?
- Et surtout, que peut-on faire, à notre échelle, pour agir face à tout ça ? J’ai l’impression d’être dépassé, mais peut-être qu’il existe des moyens concrets d’agir ou des initiatives auxquelles participer.
PS : initialement j'avais posté ça sur france mais ça a été considéré comme "low effort", on m'a redirigé vers le forum libre mais on n'est pas censé parler de politique dedans - d'où mon post dans cette communauté

I'm planning a 3-month Europe trip in June and need help deciding between spending 2 nights in Strasbourg (with a day trip to Colmar) or Lyon. Whichever one l don't stay at, I plan to stop by for a few hours during a layover.
For context, I enjoy walking around charming neighborhoods, trying local food, and soaking up culture and history. I've heard great things about both places but can't decide which one deserves more time.

For example, I find it really strange that Hank is ALWAYS touched by Connor's death in "Public Enemy" even if he shot Connor in "The Bridge". I mean it is understansable if Hank is touched when Connor dies protecting him. BUT Hank is also ALWAYS touched if Connor is killed by Simon or by the deviant in the kitchen.

I do not have a colorimeter, and my screens are not calibrated. But of course one can compare relative differences. Here you have a Picture where I made a photoshop Test picture consisting of R-G-B. Then I used the Jelly max camera, the Jelly Max with the LMC8.4 Camera and finally a Hawai P20pro to take a picture from my screen. Saved that to the PC and then open this in the same photoshop. https://imgur.com/a/PStcJKK I think there is a visble difference. Also I think the LMC8.4 Cam is the Winner. But this is only a test of 100% R,G,B. To calibrate the camera you maybe should take 20 pictures with different levels of color saturation. I was curious to see if this kind of test give a result. And I think it does.
