I was looking for any inputs as to if anything can be added or removed from the itinerary in terms of sightseeing spots and also if I should add or remove any days from the destinations.
Also, on April 21 if anything more can be done after visiting Estonian National Museum.
Apart from these few more queries that I have are:
- Is there any SIM card which can be used in all the three states?
- For traveling between the cities I can use the trains but for local travel are there any apps or card that I can get like 3-5 day passes?

A couple of years ago I was in a tight spot with the mortgage. Boomer dad said "Tell you what, İ'm the executor of the family trust, and it can legally invest in real estate. The trust will buy out your mortgage (plus 20k for repairs) in exchange for a 25% stake in the house." Went down to the county court house and filed a "quit claim" against 25% of the deed. Deposited the trust check and wired the value (minus 20k to fix the foundation of the house) to the mortgage bank. Sold the house last year and after all the closing fees and commissions were paid, the trust took 25% of the net. Trust only lost about 3k, İ didn't pay for a mortgage for two years, and İ will be the executor that trust eventually anyway. What İ liked about this is İ wasn't asking for a hand-out or even a loan. İ sold part of an asset to a legal entity to get wiggle-room. Any disputes would be just a normal day in court. And disputes are unlikely. Your average mortgage bank has the flexibility of a sledge hammer. Do your due diligence and work with an actual estate lawyer. But managing any intergenerational wealth isn't something you have to guess at, and it could offer some clever ways to help support the grandkids as they try and get off the ground in a managed way that gives everyone skin in the game while grand-boomers are still part of their life.

Hello everyone! I'm a 20F, student looking for flexible jobs. I have a very basic level of Czech atp, but I learn it in university so it's improving pretty fast. Plus I know two additional language besides English fluently.
Apparently, there was a similar question not long ago, but I'm mostly looking for jobs that'll allow me to work some days full, some days just half.
I was thinking about trying to be a barista(I'm open to work full-time Saturday and Sunday) or working at a hotel/hostel, but I don't find that much options on online portals.
My biggest question is if it's possible just to walk in during the not so busy hours and ask for vacancies? Or better to contact them via email/social media?

2025.01.18 10:10 Imygaf Can't pair aqara H1 wall switch
I have several aqara H1 no neutral switches and all have paired to z2m without issue. In 1 room I have a 2 gang switch and it was only using 1 gang to control a wired light in relay mode.
I just got some zigbee bulbs for lamps so I put the other gang in decoupled mode and made an automation to toggle the bulb. But it wouldn't work and I realised that the button press was not registering even though the switch was paired and showing in z2m. I could control the wired light in ha.
So I deleted the switch and now I can't add it again. I have tried holding the left and the right button for 5 seconds and both result in the flashing blue light. Permit all in z2m but it never starts the interview, like it doesn't see the switch at all. I have restarted ha and z2. Also I seen an available update for z2m and installed this. Not sure what to do now, any ideas?
I just had a thought that I may have blocked the device by accident so I checked the block list and there was one device there. I deleted it so no blocked devices but still no luck.
