My 15-year-old brother was involved in a case where he and his peers targeted a 9-year-old boy with developmental delays and did malicious things. It was caught on video, but my brother's face is not visible, although he is the oldest among them. Now, there is an agreement that each of them will pay ₱10,000 for the boy’s therapy, and my mom keeps pressuring me about it. I saw the agreement from the Social Services Development Department, but I told them not to pay. I just feel uneasy because it seems like they are taking advantage of the families. Imagine, 8 kids are being asked to pay ₱10,000 each for that.
Is this legal? I know my brother cannot be jailed because he and the others are minors

Hi everyone, I moved to flushing two years ago and things have gotten so bad here that I’m considering forest hills. If anyone can share some details on what it’s like in forest hills and the pros and cons of living there that would be great! Originally, I grew up in Boston in a nice family friendly suburban neighborhood that was safe, clean with good schools and with some cool local coffee/bakeries/restaurants. Let’s say I long for that and I’m a transplant looking for the same feeling here in queens, ny. Any advice would be helpful. The main reason I’m considering to move out of flushing is the following.
-prostitutes roaming around downtown flushing -people spitting phlegm on the ground constantly -trash and filth on the ground -illegals shoplifting stores and I would see cops arresting people constantly -heard that a 13 yr old girl that was kidnapped and SA’d by an illegal -rude locals who don’t care about their surroundings and would throw trash on the floor -the high school kids near flushing high would curse and constantly say the n word in every sentence -street vendors causing foot traffic on narrow sidewalks by selling mango and avocado on their fruit stands

Question. I live in Louisiana and we don’t get snow often so i haven’t studied it much. I normally focus more on thunderstorms/tornadoes/hurricanes.
I don’t know how to ask what I’m trying to ask but I’ll do my best to try and explain.
Is snow produced from special clouds? It’s supposed to be 17° where i live Tuesday but they still say the chance of snow is up in the air. (There’s 87% chance of precipitation. They are discussing if it’s gonna be ice or snow.) i just assumed that if it’s well below 32° it’s gonna turn the rain into snow… but the way people are talking that’s not how that works. So is it special clouds that produce snow? Or special temperatures? Or dew points? Can someone help explain this to me?

So i had this weird idea, i was thinking of explosive dice and how busted they are to some extent, but then i randomly had an idea "what if being unlucky sinks you deeper?" and knowing that explosive dice basically make you add another die, what if black hole die, when you roll a nat 1, is not counted to a result, and forces you to reroll one of the dice and if you get another 1, that die also gets ignored in a result and makes another die to be rerolled.

Had 2 interviews in December. First was in person and they told me that'd I'd hear back at the end of Jan. Then I got a sudden unexpected skill based interview the following week which I felt went okay.
Obviously we're coming towards the end of Jan now. The thing sticking out in my mind is that he specifically said "If you want an update earlier, message X". I don't know if this was a throwaway comment or if there's a bit of a strategy here. See if I'm still interested or keen? Theyre not above "the game" as I got a lot of browniepoints for applying direct through their site / email rather than a job site, so is there a potential positive to emailing them for an update?
Obv the main thing is I dont want it to be a negative.

Hi ihr Lieben,
Ich bräuchte nur mal kurz ein paar Erfahrungen.
Mein Sohn ist in ein paar Tagen 5 Monate alt und schläft bei uns im Familienbett. Für den Schlaf am Abend wie auch tagsüber stille ich in den Schlaf (jetzt mal abgesehen von Schläfchen in der Trage oder Kiwa). Abends kann ich mich ein paar Minuten nachdem er eingeschlafen ist problemlos rausschleichen. Tagsüber ist er aber wirklich nach spätestens 2 Minuten wach und liegt mit offenen Augen ganz zufrieden da und wartet dass er abgeholt wird.😂 Ist das bei euch auch so?
Aus diesem Grund liege ich eigentlich immer bei ihm wenn er tagsüber schläft und probiere es alle paar Wochen mal eins-zwei Tage mit dem Rausschleichen. Was aber wirklich nie klappt. Ich finde die Nähe auch wirklich oft sehr schön, aber momentan finde ich es vorallem sehr nervig. Er hat nur Wachfenster von einer 1h20Min und ich komme tagsüber wirklich zu gar nichts. Duschen und was frisches Kochen und beim nächsten Wachfenster essen sind gerade immer sehr tolle Sachen, wenn ich das schaffe. Aber es wäre auch toll wenn mehr drinnen wäre.
Wie läuft es bei euch? Soll ich es einfach akzeptieren und immer mal wieder probieren oder mal mehrere Tage am Stück und das übermüdete Kind aushalten? In jetzt für jedes Schläfchen in der Trage zu haben damit ich was geschafft kriege ist keine Option für mich. Dafür ist die Tortur bis er mal in der Trage schläft zu anstrengend.
