Hello, I (21M) started muay-thaï recently and have come accros the problem of blood blisters under my big toes.
It is the first sport i do with a lot of friction on this part of the foot, i know that with time my skin will accommodate and that it won’t be an issue for long but do you guys have any tips to shorten the healing time and to still be able to train well with them ?
Any general tips on hygiène and good practice would be welcome too as it is my first contact sport.

The only difference in services that I could find is 60 credits of CoPilot AI that are limited to the subscription owner.
Yesterday, MS injected CoPilot into my Office suite (desktop). Today, I see it changed my Outlook (Android) signature. I do not recall seeing a notice about this.
The Office 365 Personal went up to $99/year. I am quite annoyed by this.

- Fish begins in catch zone but typically not in optimal zone
- It's easier to stay in the optimal zone, you barely have to move
- Use wide, slow movements when in optimal zone
- Switch to short, fast movements to catch up to fish

Life is pretty meaningless for me. Sure, I can live for happiness, or love (ew). I think what's keeping me here is curosity about life, or maybe the fear of missing out. No idea. I'm a med student and love learning in general. Lately I'm trying to read more and step a bit away from the information age. Since we're talking meaning here, I think a 1800s musical composition or book or... idea has way more meaning than the lives of most of us today. I enjoy listening to music and learning and chatting about life. Hope to find like-minded folks.

Even the chemango kush tested higher than advertised, so whether it was the strain and/or , I think , the transition to vape it hit hard , I was able to sleep almost every night since with no benzos. The transition was hard I won’t lie but it is worth it.
