Hi! I have an almost 11 year old boy who is Autistic. He has asked for the first time if he could have a birthday party! Yay! Our house is too small to host so we will have to have it in the local community hall. He’s not interested in sports or any type of Nerf games, or physical activity in general as he has spine and leg issues make it difficult for him to partake. Most times when we are invited to a party in the community hall, it’s either a soccer party or bouncy castle party. I’m trying to think of ideas that are less physical so that my son can join in. What are some activity recommendations to keep a group of 15 rowdy 10/11/12 year olds happy? We live very rural so access to services is limited. We don’t have bowling, soft play, leisure centre or anything for that nature here unfortunately.

My (20F) coworker (26M) is always looking out for me and asking me if I need help, sometimes when we're working with other colleagues he'll ask them to help me instead of helping him. He is also always bantering and laughing with me every time and he's rather playful too. He teases me sometimes to get a reaction out of me as well and we flip each other off frequently as a joke.
Once he asked me if I was obsessed with him as a joke and poked my neck to annoy me. He also asks all sorts of questions to get to know my character
He's funny and playful with me but he's also respectful and caring when it's the right time but I'm getting mixed signals because he is an extrovert and jokes with whoever he works with and I've not worked with him long enough to get a clear feeling of how he feels towards me
Forgot to mention this but even my other colleague who's older than me and has seen me and my coworker interact at work told me that maybe he has a crush on me 😩

Hey all,
Some background:
I’ve been working for about 8 months now (4 months as an intern, then converted to full-time) at a large MNC whose main product is a CMS with many integrated tools. My title is "Software Engineer," but my job is to handle tickets raised by developers using my company’s CMS.
These tickets involve various issues related to development with our product. My job is to debug, reverse-engineer, and figure out what’s causing the problem. Some issues are simple, but others can be pretty complex and require a solid understanding of code, technologies, and how they interact.
I don’t enjoy my current job as much as I thought I would. While support engineers aren’t “lesser” than developers, this isn’t the kind of work I want to keep doing and I prefer development more. I originally took the role because the salary was much higher than my other offers (about 60% more than dev roles I was offered as a fresher).
Now I’m worried that this role has pigeonholed me. I’m not sure what I don’t know, so I don’t know where to start if I want to apply for a developer position. What do I tell interviewers about my experience and why I want to switch jobs? Will I have to take a big pay cut to move to a dev role because I don’t have much hands-on development experience?
Or are the problem-solving and semi niche technological skills I’ve gained here valuable enough to developers? My current salary is in the range of what a 2-year developer at local companies would earn. So why would they hire me when I don’t have that same development background?
Should I be honest during interviews, or should I stretch the truth about my experience and try to pick up as fast as possible on new jobs?

My ex left and it’s been two months of us co parenting. All was fine and dandy, until he brought his secretary to pick up our son, we argued about it and he stated they were nothing, but then proceeded to send me pictures of him driving her car and her in the car the following day. Still claiming they’re nothing. Is he doing this because he’s having regrets and wants to feel in control of the situation? Then he proceeds to send me instagram reels the following morning at 6am like nothing happened.

Hi there. just looking for some pure games with little menu management like animal well. I just hate games where I have to scroll through all of these menus to manage x y or z, or i have to like try and upgrade my character incrementally, increase damage by 5% if i upgrade my whatever stat. I'm tired of games like that. I just want a pure fun game. Animal well for me is just so perfect in its presentation. There is no time wasting. You're thrown into the game and you figure it out. When you figure something out you receive a proper and satisfying reward that actually has a purpose, other than just the same sword or something recycled but with slightly better stats or x y and z modifiers and that stuff.
