howdy, coming here bc i’m pulling my hair out with frustration.
i have a set of Reynolds AR 41 carbon wheels. total have put in about 3500miles on them. the rear wheel won’t stay true for more than 500 miles. and have to keep returning to bike shop.
I’ve tried different shops to ensure it’s not a mechanics skill issue etc. all in NYC area. at one point a spoke got replaced.
just recently i had a full tune up and rear wheel was trued. i just put another 400 miles and the wheels won’t stay is again out of true.
i’ve asked the mechanics if the wheels is compromised in anyways and all have said it’s fine.
what gives? is it the specific wheel set is it shit. do i need all new spokes?
i’m not a super heavy rider. currently 177lbs. sometimes i wear a light pack with like 5-10lbs on max bc i ride to / from work to get my training in.

I recently bought a 55L duffel but it's probably too bulky to use as a carryon on domestic US flights.
If I went into a Patagonia store, would they likely exchange it for a 40L? Or would I have to get a refund, and then just buy the 40L?

So, I'm going to start this post with someone that no one here likes, Bill Maher (and I'm not a huge fan either). Yeah, he's a douche and has platformed quack medical people and right wingers for awhile now. But, he was also the only person I heard say Trump could get elected in 2016 beyond Michael Moore. He always seemed like someone who was completely flawed, but also had his finger on the pulse of certain things in a way that many on the mainstream left didn't. I'm also in my mid 40s and used to fall asleep watching Politically Incorrect in high school. So I have a different relationship to him than many on here.
So, I'll check in on him occasionally. Back during Trump's first presidency he was saying things like Trump wasn't going to leave office, that he fulfilled the majority of the dictator checklist etc. I would occasionally find his thoughts insightful. I listened to his podcast today, and it was like I was listening to the liberal on Fox News. Basically shrugging his shoulders about another Trump presidency and even going as far as saying he might do somethings well.
Now, I don't start this post with Maher to talk about Maher. Instead, I wanted to use him as a microcosm for so many organizations and people just capitulating. Last time, we had the Women's march. This time everyone seems to just be buying into the authoritarian. I don't live in the US anymore, so maybe I'm missing something. But what's happening? The world is literally on fire and we have a fascist stepping into the presidency, why aren't people freaking out this time?

Hi, as I got lost in YouTube video’s and internet webpages I decided to ask for help here.
I am looking for daily full body stretching. Not necessarily to do every day, but I would like to have different routines for each day (ex 7 routines for 7 days that in whole would be full body stretching). Doesn’t matter if it’s YouTube or an app, but I need some video to follow along.
I am going to gym 3-5 times per week and I do some Basic stretch after every workout, but as I’m getting older I’d like to improve on this.
Does anyone has some nice recommendations?

Then the masses say 'you can't say that word' to avoid its negative baggage and start to describe the association by a different noise for the same concept..
The cycle will inevitably repeat & this new word will eventually become taboo as long as the concept & popular perceptions of it continue to exist.. therefore words don't matter only perceptions and intent
