Hi guys, just recently purchased my first home a couple of months ago. We ripped up the existing flooring which consisted of carpet and tiles.
Just wondering if we need to seal the concrete slab? As it is, it seems to generate dust with every step.
If sealing is recommended/required, should this be done before the painting? I’m worried about dust settling on the skirting/walls/frames during the painting process.
We are planning to put down new carpet in the bedrooms and hybrid floor boards everywhere else once the painting is finished.

I got into the point where i need to learn notes higher than an octave on the book i have, but it didn't mark the notes with the letters so it didn't help me out, Now i found a guide called the "Landmark System", Yet i never really find a way to practice them sufficiently but since i couldn't find a way, i skipped 3 days of learning since i prioritised my goal for memorising all chords..
I tried searching on google or youtube for practice but it was only the method, I just need help on how i should practice them. I also feel like i should make my own flashcard irl if that could work? Need answer since i want to start tomorrow

I just returned from a 10 day trip to find both dropped leaves and new growth. Some of the baby ones look a bit sickly to me, a few had fallen off :( I water once 10 days/14 days when the soil is really dry. I gave it a fertilizer(for the first time) before I left and changed form tap to filtered water, and healthy leaves do seem better. Roots seem OK. The recently fallen leave was greenish and not yellow so perhaps that's a hint? It is around 12 feet away from big and bright windows. What can I do?

First few weeks I had no issue. Last week or so I started getting random stutters in game (not low FPS just stutters), and my character (sometimes my whole team) starts the game invisible for a few seconds. And now today I started getting crashes at the start of the matches.
I'm getting the error "Running out of memory, please ensure 10gb of available memory for game. You could try clearing background applications to free up more memory or consider increasing RAM."
When I check task manager the game is using almost 16 gb of ram. My pc is maybe considered low-end for these days. But it should be fine for Rivals as it has been fine for 3 weeks or so. My specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H 2.80 GHz RAM : 16,0 GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Approx. Total Memory: 11805 MB Display Memory (VRAM): 3935 MB Shared Memory: 7870 MB
Please help if you have any solutions.

Hi! Today is my 25th birthday and coincidentally I happened to check my HRZs.
It used to be (around a month ago) Zone 2 was ~143-154 and now it's 138-150 on the app.
However, in the same period, I have also been getting fitter and my RHR has dropped to 61 from 68 about 5 weeks ago.
Now I'm struggling to understand whether my new (lower) zones indicate whether I'm getting fitter, or I'm exerting myself more as I age (atleast according to Apple). Could anyone explain whether my HRZs dropping is a positive or not?
