Hi all!
First off, I'd like to ward off the inevitable comments telling me I should just bin it and get a new one ;) I got this bike for free as a hand-me-down and up until now it's served me perfectly. I am sure there is a simple electronic issue that can be fixed with replacement parts or potentially some soldering (which I am not affraid of either). - So I am committed to fixing, rather than replacing this bike.
The Problem:
This model provides 10 levels for pedal assist, but at the moment it refuses to switch to a higher level than 1. Also, turning on the lights does not work anymore either. When I try to switch the lights on (by holding the MODE and UP button for a few seconds) the control screen just seems to reset or restart. Nothing else happens. The bike certainly still provides pedal assist, but only level 1, which is very slow, but the motor is still doing something. Battery is fully charged of course.
I expect that there's an electrical fault somewhere - Does anyone have some tips on where the fault might be? Is the LCD unit the actual controller? Or is the control circuitry back in the battery compartment? - If anyone has an idea or a tip which parts I should take a closer look at or try to replace, that would be very helpful! - As I said above, I am not afraid to attempt manual repairs, I'm experienced in soldering even SMD parts. I would just like to have some feedback on where to start looking for faults in the first place.

I mean yeah 1-2 rejections for the first time might be good so you can experience how it feels and know how to deal with it better in a lot of aspects of your life not just romantically, but if it happens constantly, getting used to it is bad. Cause from then on you can only comprehend that you're gonna get rejected and thus you get more and more hesitant to try. Hell, even if you have a chance, lack of confidence and rejecting yourself might cause you to lose it.
So yeah, those suggesting going out more and "collecting your rejections" simply have no idea what it feels. Planning your approach and avoiding more or less the people who you seem like they will reject you is a good idea and will save you from a lot of pain. If you make a move, you gotta be 99% sure the other person will respond positively

So whenever I open Dolphin, it basically freezes my right monitor on which the window is. Dolphin does still work, I can start games etc., but I can't click anything else on my monitor. Neither any other window nor my task bar work. I can't move the dolphin window around either. My only option is to close the window through my other monitor. It's honestly driving me insane. Is there any obvious option I'm missing?
