Hi all. I am currently on 16 day streak. This is probably the longest I have gone without pmo. Just wanted your opinion on my experience. So I haven’t had many positives yet like people here have had. I am not going to use this as an excuse and stop. There is a reason I am doing this, I want to be free.
But the negatives I have had is increased depression. In like I feel like when I used to watch porn and cum atleast that would give me ‘joy’ be it coupled with guilt and shame.
Lower libido, don’t even want to ask my wife for anything sexual.
However, this might all be because of sleep deprivation from my toddler not sleeping through the night I do all the night shift.
TLDR: nothing positive only had some negative effects? Any thoughts?

I've came across another post here last week mentoring cold distilled milk, and I thought I should give it a go.
Oh boy was it great! It wasn't that hard to obtain either, I just froze the milk overnight, put it to defrost during the day in a way that, while it defrosts, it drips into a container, and by lunch time enough milk had been defrosted for a cappuccino.
The physics implied here are that the juicy flavors of milk (fat, protein, sugar) melt at a lower temperature than water, so I just used a hair drier for a few seconds to kickstart the process and let it go naturally with ambient temperature.
I used a 1% fat milk Amazon sent me instead of my usual 3% because it was out of stock, so this method helped to obtain a richer milk that is also much nicer to steam.
Just be sure to not defrost it too much like I did (after making the cappuccino I put the remaining milk to defrost and forgot about it), else it becomes watery again and tastes really bland. I'm freezing it again to do a second distillation so I don't waste the milk - the expiry of milk remains the same as the original, I just use shelf stable milk rather than fresh milk so I'm not too concerned about harmful bacteria forming

Have friends who broke up with girlfriends and they still meet up sometimes and chat and get back together here and there.
Even when we broke up I had people asking, “do you think you will get back together” “You will probably get back together and work things out”
What is so hard is the fact you know she isn’t coming back, when she loses feelings especially at 20 years old you know she has thousands of options out there seeing as she’s very pretty. I would like a little sense of hope she’d come back or would feel a bit of sadness if she bumped into me but I know she won’t come back and she will most likely feel nothing if she were to see me. Makes you feel so worthless.

I’ve pushed some of my hives together, thinking the proximity might help with maintaining heat. The problem is this creates shading, so less solar gain.
What is better… sun on hives or insulation and putting hives together?

2025.01.18 13:16 unevoljitelj any new opi5max os's around lately? kinda worried what happens next
so i am using joshua rieks opi5 max version and in most ways it runs great as a low power desktop. desktop is smooth, media like youtube and video playback runs smooth as it can. but since the support stopped i wonder how long do i have with this os? how long until its unusable or updates stop or whatever comes first?
tried armbian, could be used but its much worse performance wise. noble gnome for max that can be found on armbian comunity github stutters on desktop, is not accelerated in chromium/youtube. functional, but badly.
btw does armbian work fine ore better for opi5(og one)? one runs as a server so i dont wanna tinker with it but its on old bullseye and i was thinking of updating.
any other options arisen lately that i missed(max)?
