Tomorrow, Sunday, marks the start of Phase I of the hostage release, with the first 3 out of 33 set to return home.
While this brings so much hope, we have 98 people in captivity, and talk of phase II will only begin weeks into phase I - if all goes well.
In light of this, I’ve decided to send this week’s email today, Saturday, instead of tomorrow.
This email will be dedicated to highlighting each of the 98 hostages in captivity, as a collective prayer for their safe and swift return.
Let’s hold them and their families in our thoughts during this deeply emotional time.

i’m almost a year out of my abusive relationship with my narc ex, and i barely think about him anymore. we were together for almost a year, so not super long, but i remember when the breakup first happened i thought i’d never find myself again. i was really active in this community, seeking answers and closure. i never got my closure but i made it for myself, and found peace knowing i got away when i did.
my life is so beautiful now, i got my dream job, my relationship with family and friends is better than ever, and my relationship with myself is better than ever. i found myself again. i never thought i would find my sparkle or warmth, i thought he had taken it and stomped it out forever. but he could never. i’m so back, and everything is beautiful again.
i say this to encourage you, i know it is the hardest thing you will ever get through, but you will get through it. and you will look back and be so grateful to be free and to come home to yourself. one day you will get a random thought of them and it won’t hurt anymore and you’ll realize it’s the first time in months you’ve thought about them and feel so much relief and joy. sending you all lots of love on this journey. 🩷

 | I make lockets filled with forgotten antique items as the centerpiece. I then fill the pendant with tumbled crystals and glass, gemstones from broken jewelry, and a piece of fabric from a disintegrating Victorian quilt. Some of these lockets have a Victorian frozen Charlotte doll inside who was excavated from a German factorys dump site. She gets her name from a poem about a young lady who went on a sleigh ride without her coat against her mother's wishes. She ended up arriving at the party frozen solid. The other dolls are Kewpie dolls. They were first designed in the early 1900s to support women's right to vote. I hand painted these dolls with the tiniest brush I can hold. I'm pretty proud of this because I have a disability that has left me with a permanently dislocated shoulder and no feeling in my hands. Any tips and tricks to paint with shaky hands would be appreciated as it's getting with over time. I just finished making a uranium and glow in the dark collection. These are filled with uranium and glow in the dark glass. The background is a glow in the dark gradient. It makes the uranium glass appear to glow even when its not under uv light. I used a very powerful glowing material and glow in the dark glass so even in a dimly lit room it appears to glow. The glass and crystals inside have been tumbled by me and my son. It really has become a family affair as he love to break the stones down to smaller sizes before we began tumbling them. We even tumbled yooperlite, a gray stone that under uv light will glow orange, just for these lockets. The uranium and glow in the dark glass was of course broken down and handled by me only. These lockets are perfect for fidgeting and grounding. I love to fidget with my locket when I'm anxious or board. To be really honest, I'm confused. Heard that Ren dies in the manga which I personally finally find so tragic, although nothing related was mentioned in the anime and everything felt incomplete, so spoil it for me please.
1) what happened to nana osaki? Where is she at the end, After rens death? Did she had his kid, and were they married before?
2) takami was out of the picture in the last episode, did hachi got rid of him somehow( although I see she's still unhappy even in the end, but still) ??

I broke my right side tib/fib recently on 12/29 and had surgery 1/6. I was doing fine after a week. But yesterday i did some exercises before taking a shower and the pain has worsen. Im not sure if it’s because of the movement.
I also have a hard time bending my knee and im not sure if im overthinking but my foot seems slightly crooked (to the right). I didnt notice because i found that position comfortable. Im also in a boot right after surgery.

Bro I’m only on a g29. Why does this game feel so good. The details, look at the hand animations, the gauges are super accurate with correct toggles, the tire feel.
This game is going to be wayyyy too powerful with an open world and working VR.

Does anyone else get the chat bug where when you open text chat during a match it scrolls all the way to the top of the chat and you cant type unless you scroll all the way down? I know that you have to keep opening it until you get a frane perfect input and click R2 right before the box goes away without holding down, but its kind of annoying. Is there any other fixes to keep this from happening that anyone has found?
