 | So I have a 2014 Corolla in super white. I had heard about the paint recall but never had the issue until now. I took it by the dealership today and they said the extended warranty expired about a year ago. Has anyone out there had an success fighting this? Seems absolutely ridiculous that this is a know issue and they penalize the people who took care of their car. I always kept my car waxed at least twice a year and since it's an IV degradation/adhesion issue it screws over people who looked after their car. The failure seem inevitable though. 2025.01.18 18:52 Salty_Impala Car overheated and not sure what to do
This might be a dumb series of questions but I’m very inexperienced with cars.
I got back from a 5 week holiday yesterday and my 2002 VW Golf battery was dead. AA came to check it/jumpstart and said it was completely toast, so they replaced it with a new one.
Later that day I took the car out to run some errands, and after about 11 minutes of driving (in the blaring sun) I noticed that the engine overheat light was on, and the temperature gauge was all the way over to the right (130c). I was a minute from home so I just kept driving and parked in the driveway.
The coolant tank isn’t full but definitely has a good amount of coolant in it. I just started it up this morning and it doesn’t seem to be overheating when idle. It seems like a weird coincidence that this happened right after a battery replacement, but maybe it’s just that?
What should I do? Will AA tow the car to my mechanic if I set up an appointment with them? Just totally unsure of how this all works/what issues I could be checking for myself. Thanks in advance!

There was one moment where during Roman's time in the match, Sami hits Roman with the Helluva kick, nearly eliminating him, showing that he intends to win the Royal Rumble for himself (remember that he had taken Seth's advice). He would later get eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Carmelo Hayes: The second entrant is HIM. Battles Sami for the first few minutes. He gets eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Dominik Mysterio: Daddy Dom enters in and gets heavily booed as expected. He and Carmelo double team on Sami for a minute. He gets eliminated by Braun Strowman. Note, he lasted longer than the 3 of his JD partners, mainly due to spending most of his time out under the ring to avoid getting eliminated. At least he got to eliminated his "deadbeat dad".
- Jimmy Uso: Big Jims assist his O.G. Bloodline brother to take on Carmelo and Dom. He is later eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Tama Tonga: He targets both Sami and Jimmy upon entering. There was one funny moment where he yells "Ye-ye-ye-ye-ye-ye-ye-ye!" which Dom finds weird. He later gets eliminated by Sami Zayn.
- L.A. Knight: YEAH! Knight comes next and goes after Tama due to his issues with the Bloodline. He later gets eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Shinsuke Nakamura: U.S. champion Nakamura is mainly targeting Knight due to their recent feud over the U.S. title. He gets eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Rey Mysterio: Rey enters at #8 and is determined to win his second rumble since 2006. He gets eliminated by Dominik later on the match.
- Penta: Penta comes next. He and Rey have a clash, foreshadowing their potential dream match down the line. He is later eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Drew McIntyre: Drew continues his Bloodline hunt and targets Sami and Jimmy. He is later eliminated by Roman.
- Jey Uso: Jey enters next to assist Sami and Jimmy against the angry Scotsman. He is later eliminated by Jacob Fatu.
- Trick Williams: Trick makes his first main roster appearance and enters at #12. He puts on a great performance in the match. He clashes against former friend Carmelo who would eliminate him later on.
- Kofi Kingston: Accompanied by Woods, Kofi enters at #13 and targets Rey Mysterio for the most part. Woods even tried to get involved in the match. Kofi is later eliminated by a returning Big E.
- Joe Hendry: Say his name and he appears. TNA's Joe Hendry enters at #14 and gets a huge pop. He gets eliminated by Drew.
- Chad Gable: Chad goes on a suplex frenzy upon entering the match. He is later eliminated by Otis.
- JD McDonagh: JD enters to assist fellow Judgement Day member Dom to take down others. He would later get eliminated by Jacob.
- John Cena: The Cenation leader fittingly enters at #17, beginning his 2025 farewell tour. He has clashes with Hendry and Drew. He later gets eliminated by Drew McIntyre.
- Carlito: Carlito enters in to help Dom eliminate a number of men, but to no avail. He would clash against Cena whom both have history with in the past. He later gets eliminated by Damien.
- Jacob Fatu: The Samoan Werewolf enters his first rumble and takes down everyone like the beast he is. He has the most eliminations in the match. He would later get eliminated by Roman.
- Damien Priest: All rise! Damien enters in at #19. He takes the fight to Jacob who would eventually take him down. He is eliminated by Finn.
- Finn Balor: The self-proclaimed Judgement Day leader enters in and he and Dom double team on Damien. Damien would shrug off their attacks. He goes to eliminate Dom, but Finn attacks him and throws him over the top rope. To his shock, Finn would later get eliminated by Dom.
- Otis: Otis enters in at #21 and has a dominant showing. He faces off against his former Alpha Academy partner Chad who keeps verbally abusing him until he snaps and eliminates him in the process. He is eliminated by Bron.
- Sheamus: Sheamus enters in and hits Brogue Kick after Brogue Kick, including to Drew. He is later eliminated by Bron.
- Xavier Woods: Xavier joins Kofi in trying to eliminate the others. He is eliminated by Big E.
- Big E: What a shock! Big E has made his return in the ring from neck injury! Kofi and Woods are shocked as they saw their former New Day brethren. E goes after Kofi and Woods and would proceed to eliminate them, much to their outrage. E is later eliminated by Bron.
- Bron Breakker: Intercontinental Champion Bron enters at #16 and goes on a spear rampage. He gives spears to anyone who moves including his rivals such as Sami and Jey. He later gets eliminated by Cena.
- Braun Strowman: The Monster of all Monsters storms into the ring and goes on a tear on everyone. He has a three way staredown with Bron and Jacob and double clotheslines both of them. He is later eliminated by Bron.
- Roman Reigns: The OTC alongside (accompanied by his wiseman Paul Heyman) makes his Rumble match appearance for the first time in years. He hands out superman punches and spears to anyone standing his way. He fights against old rivals like Cena, Braun. He also got into clashes with Jey and Sami who intend on winning the rumble for themselves despite them being a part of the O.G. Bloodline, though he did accept this. He also fought Bron and both hit each other with spears. He is eliminated by CM Punk.
- Seth Rollins: The Visionary enters in, intent on eliminating Roman. He also attacks Drew as he has zero interest in working with him. He is eliminated by CM Punk.
- CM Punk (WINNER): Punk is the 30th entrant and takes the fight to the likes of the Bloodline and Seth. He even had a moment where he and Cena double team on some members of the new Bloodline. Punk wins the match.
Jacob dominates the match and looks to eliminate Roman, but Cena would throw him over the ropes with the AA, eliminating him. Drew would take advantage and Claymores Cena over the top rope. Cena is dejected by getting eliminated at his final Rumble, but thanks the crowd as he walks up to the ramp.
Final 4: Roman, Punk, Seth, Drew
We're down to 4. Roman and Punk respectively fight Drew and Seth. Drew tries to eliminate Roman by hitting the claymore, but Roman counters and hits a superman punch and clotheslines him over the top rope. Drew is furious and returns to the ring to Claymore Roman, Seth and Punk. Now we're down to 3. After recovering, all 3 men try eliminating each other. There was one moment where Seth throws Punk over the ropes. He doesn't realize that one of Punk's feet touched the floor, which means he's not eliminated, but Seth doesn't realize this. While this is going on, Seth looks to hit Roman with the curb stomp, but Punk comes out and eliminates Seth.
Final 2: Roman, Punk
Now we're down to 2. Roman. Punk. Both men trade blows and signature moves. In the next few minutes, both men are down. Paul grabs a chair and looks at Roman and Punk. After a few seconds, he slides the chair to Punk. Punk picks up the chair and hits Roman from behind. Then, he hits Roman with the GTS which sends him over the tope rope. CM Punk has won the Royal Rumble, but under controversial fashion! Punk thanks Paul for helping him win the Rumble. It turns out that Paul helping Punk win the rumble was the favor all along. The show ends with Paul looking at a dejected Roman, seemingly regretful of his decision.

while i think in accordance to efilism at least to a big part,
my personality complies with that of specific natalists. i feel emotional and touched based on (appropriate simple) specific songs or stories they create.
and yet, i am nothing like them. i do not identify with the personality imposed on me, and i do not think the personality itself is bound to anyone specfic. i enjoy my personality as i enjoy divergent personalities, no one can take that from me. anyone can have my personality, and i may not be like them at all. i am so extreme different than the vast majority. i want to be there for those i appreciate, and protect them. willent and knowing procreation is the opposite of that. especial if they try to force their children to be like them - they call this "uprbringing". i call it a "selfish attempt of manipulation". "be like me or die in pain" in many cases.
in this community, i think i am the most understood regarding my thoughts online. let us make a difference for everyone
