Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters,I have thought several times of investing in cryptocurrencies like one my friends did,and I did know that it was under debate if it's actually halal or haram because of its resemblance to gambling,and so I asked him and he said that it's close but not entirely. Today I went and asked chat gpt to define or tell me how the investment works and he said that basically, investors wait for the currency to reach its lowest and then buy it then they wait for it to spike up or reach its maximum worth and selling it to make more than what they wasted to buy it at first before it declines again,and I asked him how is this gambling and he said that the unpredictability of the state of the currency makes it similar to gambling since you can either gain a little or more or lose a little bit or more,and then I told him that gambling is about getting all or nothing whereas crypto is not always about losing totally everything but you might lose instead of gain,which in my perspective requires smart thinking and making choices at the best time. So there it stays,is it truly halal or is it completely and utterly haram? Please let me know.

Guys. I want to calculate my HS gpa(usa scale) ... I have calculated my 10,11,12th gpa,,,,, but, when I saw my class 9th result, the grading system for my school is so different. It's an A from 80-100% marks. Is this the grade I should use to calculate my gpa then?(cuz A is a 4.0 gpa) or should I calculate it by my percentage?

Both comp and casual i drop 20-30+ kills 15-20k dmg and i still only get like 500xp, meanwhile my friends will play tanks or healer and rank up a level and a half every game. so annoying... Any explanation as to why dps or specifically psylocke gets 0 xp gain?

2025.01.18 19:00 AylinCeline help, accidentally left renovating mode for villager and it deleted the progress
Hey,
after like 12+ months of not having played the DLC, I made a house for someone. I actually had already started it last time I played it and finished it now. I wanted to change the date on my switch though before offically saying "I am done" to have the correct date in my catalogue later on.
I remember that you could just leave and come to it later (as I literally had just done cause I obviously went back to the renovationg just now).
I left by going away from the property and Niko asked my if I am sure to leave. I said yes. Then I am back at Lottie's and she tells me that next time I should finish a project. And I was like what? So I run back to Niko and I see that the villager is not standing next to him.. So the entire house progress I made is gone. I immediately leave the game without saving but it was already too late. It had already saved.
I spent around 4 hours on that house and I have no pictures from the inside, just the outside and the villager is not on the island anymore. Therefore, I can't even try to replicate it.
Is there a way to access my saves and make it reappear?
Btw, I play the game in German, so don't know if it is any different in the English version, but why would Niko not make clear that if I left now I can't come back to the renovation of this house? He literally was like oh you wanna leave, are you sure and that is it. He did not say oh but you will end this house renovation for good and it will be gone. I am so annoyed right now.

I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra I bought from a car auction and it won't pass SMOG check due to P0101 permanent code. I had a coworker replace the camshaft sensor and erased the code but it's still permanently stored.
Is there a reliable mechanic in Los Angeles that won't overcharge to help me?
Miles: ~76,700
The only work I've done on it is new battery, spark plugs, oil change, and Camshaft Sensor replacement
Whoever had this car before me pissed off the wrong woman. Wiper arms were broken, door handles missing, all 4 tires slashed, and small rear windows broken.
