Are the above regular side effects of Lexapro (10-15mg)? My doctor and psychologist both said there could be alternate explanations like exercise (i run) or a lack of anxiety or lack of sleep, but i don’t remember feeling this consistently tired in a while and my sleep schedule wasn’t always good even before lexapro.

I made a post here a few weeks ago about a different topic, but for context— I had to restart STW completely on a different account and haven’t played the game since around December 2020.
Did they change how you get Hero Vouchers? I remember it coming with what ever edition of the game you bought (same with weapon vouchers iirc !!) , but I’m not sure if they got rid of that/if they made another way for people to get them.

I have a dilemma, I graduated six months ago and I am in the middle of a year-long internship where I work as a doctor in various clinical departments ( obligatory in our country). Throughout my studies I was sure that I wanted to do a residency in psychiatry. Internist I never wanted to become, somehow I did not like working mainly that elderly people . I am currently working for 3 months in an internal medicine department, and suddenly I started considering another specialty.... Yes, some branch of internal medicine such as Pulmonology, Rheumatology, for example. I have the impression that in psychiatry, there is rarely a feeling of satisfaction, there is a rather loosely vibe in psychiatry (whatever that means), very often these patients return to the hospital, or will get even some opinion on the Internet which is totally made up, etc. And currently in the internal medicine department, I have a lot of compassion for these patients, a lot of empathy and so that I want and can help them 100%. And in the psychiatric department it's hard to get that mostly.... I am beating myself up with thoughts. I know that now everything is such a wow for me, after all I am managing patients myself, later it will probably pass. But I've always dreamed of psychiatry and I don't know what to think about it, is it just a temporary fascination?
I would like to know your stories and opinions (from those who planned to do a psychiatry residency and those who decided to do one)

 | The 14 min paces were my recovery miles but at about 12.8 I started to hit the wall and get fatigued energetically and perhaps a little muscularly. This is my longest run so far. I walked the last 1.5 miles separately as this was an 18 mile run day. My breakfast was an egg bagel cheese sandwich and preworkout to start. Throughout the run I snacked on need clusters and consumed two guus. I started eating about mile 5 as i felt held over until then. First year indy pass holder here. I'm a little confused over how the pass works. I received my Indy pass in the mail, but everywhere I've been so far still makes me purchase an RFID card? Is the physical Indy pass card just useless if we need to pay for a new pass at each resort? Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly.

Just wanted some good/meta suggestions, they're pretty scarce so i wanna use them well. I was thinking of using it on the Ikelos SG for a pugilist one two punch non kinetic shotgun, but idk if it's any good or there's any better options. Once again, Titan main and right now mostly on Stasis because of the seasonal mods, but I love all the subclasses equally except for Prismatic, I'd rather avoid prismatic since I don't find it too fun.
