 | I'm new to Garmin, and did some sprint training (sprinting on the treadmill then idle when out of breath) where my heart rate was well within zone 4 for the majority of it. However after I was done , Garmin's telling me it had barely any aerobic benefit. Why is it saying that, and why is the primary benefit tempo, not anaerobic? Hey everyone, I'm new to the country and I was wondering how do the security tags on the meat products at grocery shops work, especially with self-checkout machines? For the longest time now I've been paying for my meats at the self-checkout machines (Tesco/M&S), and when I take them out of the store it never fails to trigger the security system. Am I supposed to approach a staff member and request them to take the tag off after my purchase? If so, doesn't that defeat the purpose of having self-checkout machines in the first place?

Title. Not the standard YSL, not sauvage, and not OFfice (the scent ) lol. Looking for suggestions of good niche scents to wear at the office. In my experience where I live people are generally allergic to patchouli notes/ beast mode projectors as well tend to be off putting. The beast mode ones and patchouli notes likely would get you a talk with the managehr about wearing colognes. I have been wearing Initio Side effect with no issues, but my bottle of it is almost gone, and can't decide which scent would be ok/no offensive for work. I know the whole "don't wear fragrances to work yada yada or you will get sent to hr" but like if the scent is not super loud and doesn't have any offense, typically 90% of the time it is ok. So suggestions?

My betta fish had a swollen belly for about two days, so I haven't been feeding him in case he was constipated. However, he hasn't been eating as often within the past week. I woke up today to see this mass coming out of his abdomen. Is this a prolapse? He is currently in a 6 gal with filter and heater, tank temp is about 77⁰. There are some live plants and 2 nerite snails. I am currently making a salt bath for him, and trying to create a hospital tank. He is still swimming around, but seems a little lethargic. Does anyone have any advice, or is euthanasia the most humane thing to do?

Recently had a dream of a woman that I used to be deeply in love with about 10 years ago when I was getting out of high school. In the dream we were in love- she loved me and I loved her. Woke up and felt deeply shamed that emptiness and shame since I never acted on my deep love for her in real life out of fear of rejection and judgement from my Christian family. I have always been bisexual and surrounded myself in queer spaces but I’ve never had an actual girlfriend. I’ve kissed women and had sex with them but it was all private. I wish I had the courage to come out so that I can pursue women openly and find a relationship. With this woman from my past I wish I had the courage to be honest with her about my feelings. Back in the day I could sense she had something for me but she never truly pursued me more than likely because she could sense I was closeted and she was not. Still to this day I miss her so much and still love her very much. I wish I could go back in time and live as my true self without fear. I feel so deeply ashamed that still to this day I’m not an open bisexual woman. I feel so deeply torn.
