I haven't played league in days, finished the last game I played.
Currently when I try to sign in I'm stuck with the option to "Reconnect" to a game, and when I try of course I'm told I was unable to connect and kicked back to the reconnect screen.
Any known fixes?

After 24 hours, we will come to know the result of this season. The subreddit will be flooded with the reactions. Some will rejoice on their favourite's win, some will be disappointed, some will be shocked, some will be satisfied that atleast Eisha or Avinash didn't win. At the end of the day, it's just a game show – wins and losses are inherent. Let's not get too caught up in the emotional rollercoaster. I’ve been on a journey experimenting with bitters and smoky flavours to craft my ideal Old-Fashioned riff. After a few trials (and some delicious errors), I’ve landed on something unique that combines bold, bitter complexity with warm, smoky depth. If you’re into bitters and love a smoky vibe, this might be your next favourite drink.
Here’s how you can make it:
Smoke Recipe:
- Place a dried orange slide
- Break open a cinnamon stick.
- Place 2-3 cloves and a star anise on top.
- Light it up until it starts smoking.
- Immediately cover it with your glass to capture the aromatic smoke.

- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon

- 1 tsp sugar
- OPTIONAL, one of my delicious errors: 1/4 oz AlpenBitter No.7
- Flip the smoked glass, drop in a clear ice ball, and add the smoked cloves, cinnamon, and star anise.
- Strain the stirred cocktail into the smoked glass.

Hello! I am sorry to bother people with this question, but I’m kind of at a loss about what to do right now.
I am a nanny that lives with a family whose home burnt down about two weeks ago now. After the fire, they went to Florida, and now they’re in Brazil, treating it like a vacation, and when I talk to them, they say that they have no plans on coming back, but they will continue to pay me until mid-March.
The problem is that they have not paid me. I get paid everything Friday exactly at noon, and I know this because I set up the autopay on the family’s account because the mother would forget to pay me. Someone had to manually turn it off. I tried to call the mother (I was only allowed to talk to her), but the calls don’t go through. I don’t know how else to contact them and if they are safe. It is very stressful, but on top of that, I have nothing.
I don’t have my phone as I couldn’t find it while leaving, no license, and no car as I caught a ride with another staff member. Some family helped me get to another state by paying for a bus ticket, but I am now homeless, with no income and no savings because I had to pay off my American student loans, lawyer fees, and hospital fees from this.
I feel so guilty even considering it, as last month I was crying about a plane ticket being cancelled, but I don’t know how to survive. Should I make a gofundme? I think six thousand American dollars is enough to find a place for myself and a new vehicle, but is that too much? If I do, what do I post? I never took pictures of the house, but rather of myself and the children and the animals to send to the parents. This is very confusing.

How do you navigate social gatherings or nights out when you’re not drinking?! I don’t drink a ton by any means, but I’ve been wanting to quit for a while. It just feels like it will be very uncomfortable in social settings and I’m not sure how to go about it when I’m out for dinner or with friends etc. Any tips that have worked for you would be great!!

I currently run a small home services company. I have always used my personal truck, but jsut bought a van to use. With my insurance, they have a polity where it can stay under your personal account but be under business use if you are part time 2 or less days per week.
I have a helper who works on Saturdays and some afternoons. He’s a friend of mine but also a worker that I pay cash. My question is, is it best to keep it under personal account? Or go to commercial insurance policy? If I’m paying him cash, and he’s driving the commercial vehicle, ( which tags along with my truck, not going to jobs alone, not that that matters). Will I need to pay him on the books?
