We have been together for a little over a year now and most of that time has been spent long distance. I struggle with rejection sensitivity in general but when it comes to her it is ten times worse. Any small mistake i make feels like the end of the world and instead of focusing on how to make it up to her I panic. I know its not fair to her but my emotional upset at myself becomes larger than how upset she is with me and i end up being the one who needs reassurence. I hate this about myself and it makes me into someone i dont want to be. Even of it isnt my intention it becomes borderline manipulative and i need to stop this pattern but every time she is upset with me i feel like im on the verge of a panic attack and i cant think straight. I need to go back to therapy but im not sure if i can really afford it and i was just wondering if there is anyone who has felt similarly and knows what i can do to help change this thought pattern and break this anxiety

Had a few jobs this year before I landed where I’m currently at, before this I spent 17 years at the same place so tax time was the same for me for 17 years straight
Just curious on jobs I had where I lasted maybe 4-5 hour before quitting, (didn’t feel like the right fit)
Do I have to report the income to them? I know the short is yes, but if I worked only 4 hours would they even send a W2?
