2025.01.18 23:13 Story_Man_75 Some, hopefully useful, methods I used while losing over 100 lbs on keto nearly two years ago.
I lost the weight on strict keto a couple of years ago eating mostly homegrown veggies (we have a large kitchen garden) combined with selected meats and oils.
Immediately discovered that there's a ton of bullshit out there when it comes to accurately measuring net carbs. But, this USDA website was invaluable in helping me assess net carbs and total calories:

I built a spreadsheet to track all the ingredients I'd searched and used the list I created to build daily menus that were under 1250 calories and under 20 net carbs.
I'd print the daily menu in the morning and we weighed every fricken thing on a kitchen scale to be certain that we stayed within the margins.
Went from 320 to 180 in twelve months.
Keto works.

2025.01.18 23:13 Conscious-Cry-3456 Difficult 3D situation. What to do?
Hi Loa community, I am needing some guidance right now. I've been trying to manifest my SP (my ex) back since Sept 2024, which is when I found out about conscious manifesting period and I've really only got into my powelaw of assumption since Oct.
Short summary: She broke up with me back in April and got with a 3P shortly after. It's my fault. I didn't give her my all in our relationship, even questioned if I wanted it and feeling I didn't deserve her. So I fully realize how I lost her and how I manifested that happening. Also me and my Sp have alot of the same friend group, so it's hard to flat out avoid her and 3p.
Within these months, I've gone through it all from techniques like affirming, robotic affirming, sats, inner convos, etc. to working on my self concept so much in loving myself and putting myself first, knowing I'm chosen, understanding that I'm God and creator of my reality, etc. The first few months, I def wavered a good bit and was still checking/relying on 3D results and getting triggered when I saw Sp and 3p. But I got better at flipping, revising and not letting anything in the 3D trigger me and I saw the 3D as an illusion or past. I'm actually really proud of the work I've done and shifts I've made on myself. In late nov/early december, I feel like I truly got into the state, to the point where I fully trusted my power and was living in the end/4D mentally no matter what I was seeing in my 3D. I didn't even do techniques much or at all some days because I just knew. I felt detached, living my life and doing whatever I wanted and not caring, just knowing it was done and that I have my end now.
Today I get told by a mutual friend that my SP has gotten pregnant by the 3p. I dont feel as triggered or emotional about it as I thought I'd be because I had gotten in the fully detached mindset for a month now, I only thought about the 4D version of her that I'm married to, not the 3D version. But for the first time in a while, I am feeling some pain from this whole thing. I really truly thought I had been going in the right direction so I don't know how or why this happened. I really do believe in the law and in myself/my power. I don't want to give up and I still believe in my end. I have had successes manifesting some smaller things but I have no clue where to go from here with my Sp after getting this news. I don't know what to do. If anyone could give me any advice or guidance, I would appreciate it. My Dms are open too. Thank you.
