I'm looking for an SSRI that tends to affect mood disorders the least. More specifically anger. And/or one that reduces focus for my obsessions.
I am on mood stabilizers and they are the most affective medications for my anxiety/angeOCD/Obsessions by far (reduced focus from these meds actually help my focus). Though I can't go too high especially Lithium since I'll start to feel nothing.
SSRIs in the past have made me more irritable or more focused on my obsessions. But I haven't tried them with Lithium in the past. Just Antipsychotics (they only help a little).
Is there an SSRI that is least likely to cause this irritability, and/or one that helps me focus less?
Closest I could find is Celexa. Most likely going to try this but would love to hear experiences and or research. Though I'd appreciate more mood disorder related experiences. (I'm diagnosed with Unspecified mood disorder or something named like that).
(Not open to trying SNRIs, Tricyclics, or MAOIs. As these meds have made my obsessions pretty bad in the past)

Title may be vauge, but I'm curious about one thing. Yes it's mostly "rule of cool" but I wonder if I could use them as just late autumn infantry in great coats, instead of forcibly using winter theme around them. If yes, then would I have to use heads from grenadier spruce (or fallshirmjager, just for the field caps), or both heads and arms, because I don't know if trying to paint gloves as leather instead of wool would work.

2025.01.18 23:02 Keensworth pacman mirrors dead?
I tried updating my packages by doing what I normally do which is sudo pacman -Syyu. Today, at least 30 packages gave me this error :
warning: openssl: local (3.4.0-1) is newer than core (3.3.1-1)
Happened to me before (when I Ctrl + C an update, bad idea). Fixed it with sudo pacman -Sc to clean the cache. Didn't work though this time.
So I thought that maybe my mirrors might be dead. So I got new ones using
sudo reflector --country France --age 12 --protocol https --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
What I'm asking though is, how did it happened? I had 20 mirrors in my old /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist and I don't believe that all 20 went down at once and I used the same command when I first installed Arch.

My fiancé and I are hoping to start house hunting in about another year in Ohio. We currently are renting an apartment. I’ve heard so much talk about “first time home buyer” programs and 0% down loans. I have so many questions I could ask simply because I don’t have anyone I can ask about these things. I just wonder how much money we really need saved up to be able to buy a home say around 250k-300k. We really want to get out of our apartment in about another year since I will be done with college but we don’t know where to start or how. Also I don’t know all of the steps that need taken as a first time home buyer for the two of us. If anyone has any input on this whether it be advice or explaining the different loan types and other costs to me, please feel free. I’m really looking forward to learning more about how to go about buying a home for the first time. Thank you all!

So I tried mimo the platform thats like duolingoized version of learning to program, just to freshen my skills and I loved it. On my phone whenever wherever, it takes a few seconds, and eliminated some bad habits like doomscrolling with more productive things like learning to code with an extremely accessible medium.
All the other programs like udemy, codeacademy, the odin project takes so much time and effort just to setup, and I need something quick and fast to replace a dopamine addiction, but mimo is $25/month
Any cheaper alternatives? If not I guess Ill have to pay the monthly fee.
