2025.01.18 23:58 Powerful-Swing7971 Best shoe insoles for shoes that are half a size too big?
Brought some jordan’s which are too big as my feet are growing and jordan’s are too expensive to keep buying as i grow out of them, and my feet currently have gone from a 5 to a 6.5 in the space of a year after staying a 5 for years, so i will probably grow into a 7, so i brought a 7 with the intentions to buy an insole to put into the shoe and wear normally, so if i grow again (likely as i’m getting taller now, gone from 5’7 to almost 5’9 in a year) i will be able to take the padding out and get my moneys worth of my shoes and get chance to wear them instead of making the mistake i made last time of not considering i could still grow as i’m still only 17, and i will grow for years to come maybe, does anyone know the best insoles or the best way to make the shoes insides a bit smaller?

Just bought a 2021 3.0 supra, its listed as an a91 on all the paperwork but as far as i can tell the a91 has some distinct features that mine is missing. Doesnt have full black rims, no alcantara seats, different shape rear wing and still has a hud on the windshield. I then looked up other a91s for sale and alot of them are missing things that a91s should as well. Is this common or am I missing something?

My 2 year old kitty has never particularly cared for treats. In fact, she's never cared for food in general. It makes it very difficult to follow cat training advice on the internet because I don't have anything to give her for positive reinforcement. I have tried dry treats of every flavor, pieces of kibble, churu and other lickable treats, freeze dried meat, cooked meat, raw meat, and every. single. time. she will sniff it and walk away. She isn't overeating, in fact I've always struggled to get her to eat enough, and she doesn't free feed. The only time I've ever gotten her to react positively to any treat-type thing, is when she got a little whip cream off my finger. Even then, it only interested her the first couple of times it was offered to her. I'm genuinely at a loss because I have no clue what to reward her with while trying to train her (I'm currently working on nail trimming)

I was on meth for a long time. I would like to recommend to anyone struggling to stop using. I lost a lot over a long period of time and I'm fortunate to have gained some stuff back. I got off of meth 3 years ago and I have to say that the emotional part of my recovery hit me the worst. I still cry over my lost life with people that really did care about me. I didn't realize what I had when I was using and I took things that I never even knew existed for granted. The long term emotional punishment that I've dealt with will never compare to the times that I thought that I was having a good time.

Received a damaged desktop from Vari, and when I reported it to customer service, they offered either an 8% refund or a replacement. I decided to skip the replacement option because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of hiring TaskRabbit again for this $650 desk. Instead, I politely asked if they could offer a 20% refund, considering the damage. They increased the refund to 10% but refused to go any higher.
While I acknowledge they offered a replacement, I find the situation frustrating because the damaged part irritates my hand whenever I touch it, and it’s a bit disappointing as a customer experience. I don’t want to come across as a whiny customer, but I’m curious - does this subreddit think their 10% refund is fair, given the circumstances? Thanks for letting me vent!
