my last relationship of three years ended last year in September, I’ve been single since and haven’t really put effort into trying to find a new person cuz I really feel like my last relationship took every ounce of effort from me and I have nothing left. I go to the gym about 6x a week, I work as much as possible, my hobbies mainly include video games and watching weird YouTube theory videos so it’s not like I’m just wasting away but I truly do hate being alone. Any advice on how to become more comfortable and hopefully prefer to be in my own company? I’m tired of longing for things I don’t really want like affection or people to talk to.

2025.01.19 00:13 YAW3NO Contributions to Roth IRA are in settlement fund?
I recently did two backdoor roth conversions—last month for 2024 contribution and this month for 2025 (both maxed). My understanding is 1) any contributions to my roth ira are automatically investing in whatever allocations I’ve set before, and 2) a settlement fund is uninvested cash, so for my roth ira why does it say for my settlement fund + funds available to trade I have $14k? Am I missing something?

2025.01.19 00:13 Venat14 Advice on where to go instead of Verizon
Like many of you, I got the email that my grandfathered plan is getting more expensive next month, on top of losing $5 of my autopay discount. And my service seems to be worse these days. I've never been with another carrier besides Verizon, but the CEO is destroying the company. Unfortunately, I only have 1 line which makes the main carriers stupidly expensive since they have no incentives for single line users. I was originally thinking switching to Unlimited Plus, but even with the new price hike on my plan, Plus is going to be $25 a month more. And for what? It doesn't seem to have many perks to it. No free streaming, no international on that plan. Almost $90 a month for the Plus and I can't see what's good about it.
I know most people recommend MVNOs, but I do have some concerns with them. Mainly the horrible customer service. Visible has like a 1 star rating and I read constant horror stories of people losing service for days or weeks, losing their phone number, terrible bot agents that can't fix anything.
Aside from customer service/porting issues, I've always liked having travel pass on Verizon so when I go overseas or Canada, it's just a seamless automatic switch and my phone works in other countries the exact same way as it does in the US. Sounds like with MVNOs you have to do a lot of Wifi calling, installing various sim cards, etc. to get it to work.
I'm thinking of doing a test drive of T-Mobile to see how they work in my area compared to Verizon and either switch to them or US Mobile or Mint.
But I'm still likely to have CS/international roaming issues with those right? I guess I'm also just paranoid about trying some of these smaller companies that haven't been around a long time/don't have much publicity.
