I am at my last hope for finding any sort of relief from obstructive sleep apnea. I got my tonsil and adenoids removed , mouth appliance , cpap , and after no results I decided to get double jaw surgery and it improved over 50% but still tired. I am trying the mouth appliance again and so far no difference . I want to try using an adjustable bed but they are very pricey but I want to see if anyone has any experience with it. I don’t make that much but I’m willing to do anything to get relief. Or if you have any suggestions please I’m desperate 🙏🏻

I think the film is Russian but I really don’t remember, so I’m sorry if that’s wrong. The film is very long, I think over 6 hours. It’s very strange, gross and uncomfortable. I don’t remember if the whole film is one continuous shot, but the beginning of the film at least is like a 20 min shot. The camera moves its way through a run down village. Filthy people all around. People crazily ranting about politics, I think. There are also people playing with what looks like black oil. Covering themselves in it.
I think the whole production took something like 14 years to complete and the director died before the final edit. Sorry, it’s so vague and I know it’s strange.

2025.01.18 23:50 TGVMinecraftMap How can I use a shaderpack while keeping my custom sky coloring, sun/moon textures, and cloud textures?
I have a custom texture pack that changes the color of the sky in certain biomes using an Optifine colormap, and has a custom cloud, sun, and moon textures (by simply changing the vanilla pngs). Most shaderpacks I've tried will sometimes keep the sun and moon textures, but will always remove the clouds and sky coloring.
Are there any shaderpacks that would allow me to keep these aspects?
I don't know anything about how shaderpack coding works, but if I can't find anything I would resort to modifying an existing shaderpack. Are there standard functions/processes that I could simply remove from an existing shaderpack that would force the existing sky textures to be used?

Elias just saw her only friend die right in front of her face. she runs deeper and deeper inside until she sees a sword inside a stone with old Latin that translated into 'the one who pulls the sword shall be crowned the "flame tamer" she didn't know what it said and pulled on the sword anyways. Shockingly enough, she managed to pull it out and sparks of fire came out from the sword. Elias had found her new love for fire. When she got out of the cave she had two toughts 1. thoughts about what to do with the sword and how she can't trust anyone. so For the next year, Elias lived as a nomad exploring the world learning to control her powers and learning how to fight with her sword. When she was seventeen, she explored a forrest where she met kenny. She quickly learned that maybe her life wasnt sobbad after all and now she lives in the same apartment as kenny. They are close friends now. Powers: with her sword: pyrokinesis and full sword mastery. Without her sword she dosnt have much power unlike kenny but her choice of weaponry, skill, reflexes, stamina, and flexibility makes her a formidable opponent anyhow Fun fact: her sword is incredibly hot. 2013 Ford Taurus 3.5 v6 N/A 6f50 transmission Bought 5 years ago with 76k miles and currently have 126 k miles The problem was present when purchased I’m currently attempting to resolve. I seem to have some sort of problem with 3, 5, and reverse. It shifts rather sluggishly into 3rd. I feel 2nd disengage and a momentary pause then firm engagement into 3rd. It is entirely random though. I may go a whole day and not experience a “bad shift”. Then the next, every time I run through them. Sometimes when I first start out in the morning 2-3 is good but kind of binds up when going from 3-4. On some occasions it has a firm shift to 5th and when decelerating at 40 mph it has a little bump it hits likely from a 5-4 downshift. Reverse is hit or miss on hard engagement but certainly something that can aid in narrowing down a culprit. Vehicle temp is entirely irrelevant to how it drives but external temperature does. Here lately it has been close to 0 outside. The car will drive like new, but as the temperature outside increases the problems do too. I’ve disabled the adaptive shifts and found it drives consistently good. Drained and filled first year I had the car. Then reflashed PCM for a TSB for intermittent no up shift, fixed the problem briefly before going back to usual. Did a full flush last year and repaired some engine related problems which greatly improved the drive quality but the original problem remains. Took car to transmission shop explained the whole story and they pondered on it for a moment and said to me that it is normal. Now I would somewhat believe that if the evidence of my roommate owning the exact same car with the exact same miles didn’t drive astronomically better in terms of shift quality. If someone has a inkling of an idea of what it could be I would be more than happy to hear it.
