Hi,
I got a job at a FAANG. And planning to start next month. I'm finishing my PhD and everything is done except publishing my last paper. Should I disclose it to my employer? I'm worried they later will claim the IP if I don't mention it to them. However, I'm worried they won't approve it if I tell them I will work on publishing this paper after my start date.
What should I do? And yes the area overlaps that is why I'm not sure what to do.

The story only makes sense if they're individually at their respective ages, otherwise there'd be no story between them. With the amount of snow and ice coming tomorrow night, I became concerned that the new flight wouldn’t get me to FLL in time to make the cruise so called the Flights by Celebrity team to see what be done. I’ve been on the line with them for over an hour and a half and they still haven’t found me a new flight that doesn’t cost me almost twice what I’ve already paid and charge a cancellation fee on top of that! Ready to cancel the whole trip and get a refund.

Sono stata per una settimana negli Stati Uniti a casa di un ragazzo che ho conosciuto qui su reddit. Da qualche mese a questa parte io ho realizzato che provavo qualcosa, ma sinceramente pensavo che la cosa fosse legata al fatto che parliamo quotidianamente e anche perché non è il mio prototipo di ragazzo ideale. Ebbene, l'ho incontrato e sono stata a casa sua per circa una settimana e ci sono rimasta sotto come probabilmente non mi è mai successo in vita mia.
Ora veniamo a qualche informazione in più: io ho F23 e lui M32. Io vivo ovviamente in Italia e lui vive negli Usa. Gli ho fatto qualche domanda diretta della serie se abbia mai avuto qualche possibilità e la sua risposta è stata "non lo so". Questa cosa non so bene come prenderla. Inoltre ogni volta che veniva fuori nel discorso qualche sua amica femmina io mi ingelosivo, ovviamente non gliel'ho detto. L'ho dovuto salutare giovedì sera e ora sto abbastanza male, tanto da piangere spesso, più volte al giorno.
A seguito anche di questa cosa ho deciso di iniziare nuovamente la terapia perché ho inizio la terapia o termino la mia esistenza. La terapia la inizio per diversi motivi (ansia, depressione, stile di attaccamento non sano) e non per questa cosa, almeno non è il principale motivo.
Non so se cerco un consiglio o del conforto qui, ma sicuramente ho bisogno di sfogarmi e avere pareri esterni.
