Recebi uma proposta de emprego, e estou querendo sair do meu atual. Porém, começaria dia 03 no outro, e recentemente, dia 16, assinei uma proposta com uma construtora, de uma oportunidade que queria muito pra um financiamento de apartamento. O problema é, a única parte que falta é o contrato com a caixa, (de resto está tudo certo) os corretores me falaram que eles costumam exigir mais do caixa e conseguem prioridades pra realizar isso o mais rápido possível, porém, não sei se confio 100% de que esse contrato vai ser assinado antes da minha demissão/admissão, se eu trocar de emprego antes, vai dar b.o. Então seria melhor eu desistir da empresa que iria me mudar agora, pra que não prossigam com minha admissão daqui alguns dias, ou arriscar de depender dessa espera com a caixa até chegar o dia da admissão e arriscar de perder esse contrato? Obs: já reservei unidade na construtora, e eles confirmaram pra mim que devolvem a grana se não for aprovada.

Im having this really big problem with dbd, I used to play the game all the time. Many years ago, I had gruesome gateau's to give a reference of when i played. I played for About 2 years (I think), then stopped playing for a REALLY long time. I recently came back to the game because my friends really enjoy the game, I have gotten about 600 hrs since I came back and it's been nothing but hate. Every minute has been just agonizing. You may be wondering "how have I played the game for 600hrs and not enjoyed any of it?" It's because I want to play with my gf. So I've forced myself to play the game with her and I have non stopped complained about the game, and how much I hate it.
Now I know this is just a wall of text but I really badly want to enjoy this game again. I just have no idea how, I am trying so hard to enjoy the game, I'm not even taking the game seriously but I still get so mad. I can't get invested or anything and I just hate everything about the game.
If anyone has any suggestions or tips on how I can enjoy the game I would really appreciate to hear them, thank you to anyone who comments.

2025.01.19 01:49 MajinAnonBuu Mother might have been scammed (99% sure it is) while trying to set up a fitbit she got.
My mother has an iphone and she started by trying to set up a fitbit on her own that she got as a gift. She went to safari and looked up "fit it free download".
The IOS app store is the first result but somehow she ended up clicking a link to a android apk website for the fitbit app. (fitbit en uptodown).
Unfortunately she fell for the big ads and clicked the one that said "continue" or "start" ( it changed when i refreshed ). It took her a website called "tv-sporten " there it asked her to sign up for an account including name, email, and password. I didn't want to enter my information, but I checked her history and after she signed up for that she ended up on another website right after called " sportssplash " which asked for her credit card info (card number, expiration date, cvv code, postal zode, first and last name.
She entered all her card info. This happened the morning of 1/18/25 and she has frozen all her banks cards a little after she did when she started getting worried about what she did. Her email is connected to everything shes ever done and it uses the same password she entered on the first scam website. I helped her change her password and added 2fa. I told her to cancel her cards and get new ones.
Should she be more worried? I did show her how easy it was to access her accounts linked to the email (if the scammer has logged into it) without even knowing the passwords to them (netflix, hbo max, hulu, etc.) just by putting in her email and requesting a new password.
I also told her to just be extra safe she should start by making a new email and start replacing it on all accounts she had her old email linked to. Her secondary email (gmail) when we went to log in she used the password she had written down and it said it was changed 4 days ago. She doesn't remember doing this at all so that's a little sketch also. We were able to access it though.

I'm 26 years old and me and my wife have known each other since 2018 and recently got married back in 2022, i wont lie it hasn't been a plain sailing journey during that time as between 2018 and 2020 we have been up and down breaking up and getting back together however we always manage to find a way back to each other and I am thankful as we have 2 beautiful children and we have been married for 2 years.
Howeverduring our time together back in 2018 to 2020 I've alway's had an insecurity when it comes to my wife speaking to guys whether it's on snapchat, messenger or in person. basically i have always had a hunch that the guys she has met in the past didnt care we were in a relationship at the time and would try and flirt with my wife and at the time she would tell me there is nothing to worry about however guys would just pursist and my trust for other men would get less and less trusting.
It came to her speaking with i would say 7-8 guys who she thought was her friends but turned out in the end were just wanting to get with her in the end as they would always act friendly towards her and to her credit she would always tell me if they were flirting and show me then proceed to block them and i want to say over the course between 2018 and 2020 this happened 7-8 times which has totally changed my outlook on guys intensions towards my partner.
as of present day my wife has a friend group were 3 of them are women and one of them is a guy who has recently gone through a breakup however he is constantly texting her through snapchat and i always hated snapchat as snaps get deleted automatically and i kindly asked my wife to please speak on messenger as i dont feel comfortable with them talking on snap even though i trust my wife however my lack of trust in men has just free falled.
I did say to my wife if a girl was snapping me on snapchat as much as he is would you feel uncomfortable and she said yes so i'd like to think that my concerns are valid however i did also tell her that i wouldnt stop her from seeing him or talking to him on messenger whether they wanted to link up on a ps5 game or wanted to go out fora work meal with him and her friend group no problem as id like to think i aint no controlling individual over my wife as that's not healthy.
I just wanted to see what your's guys opnions are of the situation as I care what other people think as i dont want to think i am being controlling as I dont like to air my personally feelings even to my wife so it can be tough at times

2025.01.19 01:49 ISU_transfer Would a MLS degree + AMT certification look unusual to employers, or would they not care?
I live somewhere that doesn't require certification for hiring, though obviously it helps. Most job offers I see are open to either ASCP and AMT certification.
I ask because I just graduated and don't plan to be a MLS for more than 3-5 years. I did my clinicals in the spring and took organic chem in the fall, so my classroom knowledge has already been unreinforced for a full year. I also had a bad experience during clinicals, and while I generally did well in school, burned myself out in the process. I don't know if I have it in me to study for a test I'll likely have to take more than once, which is why I'm leaning towards the AMT over the ASCP.
I know AMT is usually pursued by people who have bio or chem degrees, though, not MLS. Would that be a red flag for an employer?

Hello everyone! At 6 months old we’ve just started eating solids! It’s been potato and sweet potato purée with a teaspoon of olive oil for 2 days straight, then every two days we add another vegetable like carrots zucchini etc. I’ve been making her food from scratch every day because my aunt told me potato purée isn’t safe to be stored in the fridge and then reheated? I’ve never heard anything like this before, I thought baby food was good for 24 hours in the fridge. Is there any validity to what she’s saying? It’s been very time consuming and wasteful to cook the same thing every day when I can just store some for the next day.

Hi to all, I have almost constant gurgling, vibrating and sometimes high pitch noises in my stomach and intestines. It isn't localized but rather travel through intestines I would say. It get worse in the morning and at night when I lay down no matter what I eat. Sometimes it's accompanied with a lot of gases which doesn't have any odour at all. 6 months ago I have tested positive for SIBO but gurgling and gases are my only symptoms. Anyone here have the similar problems or solution? I am very scared that it isn't something worse because all GI problems have similar symptoms.
