Hi everyone, I recently found out I haven't renew my Vehicle Registry since its expiry on March 2024. It was very irresponsible of me, and I'm just asking anyone who is familiar with the law, how much am I expecting to pay?
My friend also said that if I haven't been paying for my plate, that mean I'll be looking at around $200 per month, for 9 months. Is this true?

2025.01.19 02:25 dmateos Best tool to get rust/paint of lintel so i can reprime/paint?
I have tried with a wire brush but doesnt seem to be getting far.
Im thinking either a orbital sander or an angle grinder with a "flap wheel?"
I also have a drill i could get a brush attachment for, but its only an 18v cordless so im not sure if it will have the power.
Just a bit scared of an angle grinder since ive never used one before :D

2025.01.19 02:25 logicspock Mortified/overwhelmed going out in public.
Help! LO is 9 weeks, so still in the newborn stage. He’s overall an easy baby.
Now that my husband is back at work, I’ve made it a point to get out of the house every day for my own sanity. However, LO screams uncontrollably almost every time. Does not seem to matter the time of day, if he’s eaten/pooped/burped/slept recently etc. And because I live in a major city and don’t own a car, the stroller is our primary mode of transportation. He does better being worn, but it isn’t always feasible.
Today we took the subway for the first time and needless to say, it was somewhat of a disaster. He was screaming and couldn’t be soothed at all. A woman near us was complaining and saying that we were torturing him by keeping him in the stroller. Between the stress and postpartum emotions, I was mortified.
Does he just hate the stroller?? Any tips/tricks to help with this, or do we just suck it up and deal? I’m going to have to commute with him to daycare eventually, and the thought of him screaming like that every time makes me panic.

I am in need of an upgrade in cymbals for my drumset. I know when it comes to cymbals its a good idea to get the better quality ones as you simply can't tune cymbals unlike drum heads but I do have a budget (at least for starting out). I am willing to drop $500 and it doesn't need to be a full set right away but I would at least want a high hat and a crash. I currently only own a crash and high hat but it came with the set and sounds like cheap plastic. I typically play metal and I was leaning towards dark cymbals like the Meinl Customer Dark or Zildjian S Dark. Is there an obvious choice for me considering all the details I stated or at least a right path to find the ones I would enjoy?
