2025.01.19 02:24 No_Bobcat_839 [16F] Should I go to the ER with a 103.1 fever
I took two advils around an hour ago and my temperature seems to just be raising. I’m drinking pedialyte, peeing fairly often, drinking a fair amount of fluids, and alternating 2 extra strength pills of tylenol and advil every 6 hours (1 pill wasn’t helping). I’ve had a fever since yesterday afternoon. It started off at 100.6, I woke up last night at 4 am with 102.1, it went down again around 10 am to 100.6 again, and now it’s 103.1. I was sleeping with a heating pack bc the cold was so severe I couldn’t fall asleep, but I’m thinking maybe it brought my temp up a bit so I removed it 15 mins ago as well as all of my warm clothing. If my temp raises I will take a slightly cold shower (I don’t want to shock my body).
For context, norovirus and flu are spreading rampant around my school.
I have severe body aches, nausea (I haven’t thrown up but I haven’t been able to eat much— I could yesterday but not today), headaches, and the high fever of course.
Should I wait it out a little bit longer since I’m doing what feels like all the right things or should I got to the ER?

2025.01.19 02:24 AxolotlWolfie Problem with getting zzz to work on external hard drive
So I was running low on space on my computer and decided to move zzz to my external hard drive but since I did it won’t work anymore. It freezes at the start up screen and then stops responding.
I’ve tried repairing it which didn’t work and I tried fully uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that didn’t work either. Any idea’s?

This is definitely more for those crushes where you are not actively “talking” to the other person, and are still at the stage when you’re very unsure or unaware if they like you back. From experience, the rush when you see them on campus, or absolute panic when you see them at the cafeteria and you look like a homeless person.
Do guys also sit on their beds, head directly in pillow screaming while kicking their feet? Inquiring minds want to know :)

 | This is a coin I’ve wanted to make into a ring since I first discovered coin ring making, and I had to attempt it. I decided to leave it mostly polished with very little patina, just enough to help some detail stand out. I had to go for a an extreme fat tire design to try and make the reverse ‘train’ of animals stand out prominently, unfortunately that muddied the details of the inside of the ring a bit more than I had hoped, but I’m still happy with its final look. I've been thinking a lot today mostly of the future and also of how to improve myself, but I also messed up today that kinda got my mind into shambles. I hone my art skill and learn animation and the best thing is, I have the materials for this but man I legit have been fighting my brain to get this shit done and it's mostly my fault because I can't help but play games first thing in the morning. I think that what throws me off and it's not even fun games just the repetitive kind but my brain is a dopamine fiend.
