I'm sitting at about 39k owed (18k parent plus, 12k subsidized, 9k unsub). Currently in my 3rd year of bachelors paid off $250 today. Planning on doing 1k/month. My goal is to graduate debt free in May 2026 (next 2 semesters will be paid internships totaling 40k pre tax). Does this seem realistic or should I invest in a HYSA or ETF instead?
Also I am paying off the parent plus loan first since it is a higher interest rate. ED Financial for some reason won't let me enroll in auto pay and I don't know why.

I’ve had this addiction since I was really young and I’ve been trying to break it for years and each time I make significant progress I relapse and it’s so frustrating. I truly just want to be free of this but when I’m off it I get really anxious. I sometimes feel like I won’t succeed.

I just got a 30 minute suspension because I quit the rec game in the 3rd quarter but this is what happened. The shooting guard started the game 0/4 and was talking shit and then boom. “I’m selling the rest of the game” Everyone else besides me and him quit cause I don’t like quitting and he graded out at half time. We were down 20 points and I was the only person left. I shouldn’t be punished for leaving the game. The AIs aren’t good enough to play the rest of the game. They were leaving 3s open and there was no chance I could have won.

Hey everyone! I have a situation that I'd love to get some insight on.
I am an engineer with nearly a decade of experience. I am an average dev but very personable and have found success more on my soft skills than deep engineering knowledge - this will come into play later.
I am currently employed at "Company X" and through Company X I have been contracted out to "Company Y" for the past 1.5 years or so.
Now, Company Y is a big name company, not FAANG but close - most people use their product.
Here is my situation: My manager at Company Y wants to hire me on - I've done good work for them and have only been given positive reviews from said manager who has a solid amount of pull so it's not totally unexpected, but my concern is about the actual interview process.
I havent done leetcode style questions in nearly a decade and would never attempt to interview at Company Y normally as I would basically be guaranteed to fail these rounds without months of grinding.
Do you think that given the fact that I have been doing the actual job well for a good chunk of time already that these would basically be formalities?
This would be a life-changing role from a salary perspective and I am not sure if I'm just anxious and overthinking it or if there is a real concern that I blow this all up in my face.
If anyone has faced similar or has any insight I'd really appreciate it!

 | So I picked up Harvest for my 7yo for Christmas because it looked adorable and she loves gardening and at the moment her life’s aspiration is to become a farmer. But let me tell you something, as a grown man I think I might love this game even more than she does. The asymmetrical sunrise/character powers get my gears turning before the game even starts, the limited actions per round make every wheelbarrow placement feel precious, and watching the other players at the table claim their actions (while crossing your fingers that they don’t take the spot you’ve got your eye on) will make you sweat bullets. In summary, this game stresses me out in the best way possible.
