Hello po. I just got my regularization at work and that means I am now eligible for a health insurance.
So our company's health insurance provider is MaxiCare. Binigyan naman ako ng orientation kung ano lang yung cover nya. So I am planning to have my regular dental check up, but since affiliated naman Yung clinic samin with MaxiCare, I was thinking of using MaxiCare para makatipid sa ngayon.
Just want to ask how does it work po ba? Kapag ba nagpacheckup ako and I used my MaxiCare card to pay the bills, ibabawas ba yun directly ng company ko sa next salary ko? Or does it work like a CC na magiissue ang MaxiCare ng billing statement and sa kanila mismo ako magbabayad?
Sorry for the dumb question ha. I can't get a proper answer lang kasi sa mga colleagues ko dito hahaha.

I’ve been on a light period for 3 weeks, and I cannot go to the gynecologist until my insurance covers me on the first of next month. I cannot afford an appointment on its own so I have to battle it with remedies, but I’m hitting it off with this guy and I we desperately want to fuck but he is not into the blood being down there. And it won’t go AWAY and we’ve been talking for a week. I just want my period to fucking go away. I had my nexplanon removed less than a year ago which is why I’m still irregular but I am pissed this is so inconvenient.

Hi all! I'm just a little over two months post-op. Everything has been absolutely amazing and I feel great. 78 lbs down from my highest weight. Super proud of myself.
Prior to surgery, I hadn't had a period in nearly a year. Prior to that, they'd been getting sporadic. When I talked to my doctor, she said we could look into PCOS, but also said I could wait until after surgery to see if some weight loss would wake up my cycle. Did it EVER.
I finally got my period a week ago and it returned with a vengeance. Never thought I'd be so happy to see it. Periods suck, but it lets you know everything is in working order. It feels really good to have even more validation that this has been the best decision I have ever made for myself, though a period is a funny way for my body to thank me haha.
For those who get periods, has anyone had a similar experience? Did you get a super heavy period? Did the weight loss straighten out your cycle for good?

I occasionally hear people mention upgrading certain parts on them to make them usable such as springs and stuff like that, does anybody have any specific recommendations for parts at all that’re cheap enough to warrant doing to a special?
With the amount of cheap - mid range guitars that have specials on them being able to upgrade them to make them better would be a game changer when it comes to buying guitars, but I’ve never even considered trying to upgrade one and know next to nothing so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

I 31F unfortunately suffer from severe anxiety and depression my entire life, even as a small child. Throughout my 10+ year relationship my husband 37M has sat with me on the bathroom floor and held my hand while I had a panic attack in the bath tub. Being naked and panicking in a foot of water is so weirdly vulnerable and embarrassing. Anytime I apologize profusely for my inconvenient panic attacks he assures me that I am safe, he is here for me, there’s nothing to be sorry for, he knew what he was signing up for, etc. When I’m depressed I push him away and can be short and distant with him. I always apologize for my behaviour, it’s not acceptable. But he assures me he doesn’t take it personally, and that he still loves me and is always here for me. He researches every new medication and offers to come to any doctor appointment.
And of course throughout all these bouts of panic and depression he’s taking on more of the household tasks.
He does not have any mental illnesses of his own so I don’t understand how I got someone so damn thoughtful and patient with me. I’m not a believer in God and all that, but sometimes I wonder there must have been some way he was sent to me.
Trust me, I’ve had the thoughts of breaking up with him just so he can find someone better. But he assures me that’s the last thing he would ever want. I don’t deserve to be this lucky. i’m terrified of him dying.
