I'm 22w pregnant with a little girl who just turned two and I feel like I am losing it!!! My husband and I both work full time, but I work earlier in the day so I can spend the rest of the day with my toddler after she's hp from her nap. Between trying to stay active, working full time, trying to keep the house semi clean, and potty training, I really don't know how I'm going to keep this up for another 15 weeks (baby coming around 37-38w).
After my toddler woke up from her nap today I could barely hold it together. Exhaustion hit me like a rogue wave and between the constant potty breaks for toddler and the nonstop 2 year old arguments, I had to ask for help. My mom picked up toddler today to give me a few hours of rest. Very grateful that this is an option but these hormones have me feeling like a failure because I can't do it by myself (mentally I know I'm not but emotionally it's a different story).
Anyway, those with toddlers, how did you get through it?

I remember watching this particular movie/short-film a few months back in YouTube. It was around 30~45 minutes, I guess. The video quality hinted to be from the 80s or 90s.
Here's the plot of the movie as I remember it. A white man (protagonist) comes to a coastal village. He falls in love with a local female worker (masseuse). The woman is seduced. They do shit. He wants to take her to his home country. She yearns. But her local lovehusband (antagonist) gets to knows about this. He is furious and determined to kill them both if needed. She tries to persuade the protagoinst to leave without her. But he is convinced to take her home and hatches a plan for their escape. (I am not sure about this part). But before he can execute his plan, the antagonist kills them both.
I found the actress in the above movie incredibly attractive. There is also a shot where the camera pans over a small water stream with few blue flowers to show the couple semi-naked in a reed boat (changadam) over each other. This scene is now nailed to my head.

Hi all, Iām trying to recreate a surface off a scanned mesh to use as the base for a phone mount and Iām just going around in circles trying to figure out the best way to do it.
Iām unable to split a part with the mesh I have even though itās solid for some reason. I have been able to split it in the past when itās been open as a composite part.
Thereās many different curved surfaces of different radius and they meet in a curved corner.
So far Iāve mostly just used 3d splines to then run multiple planes and slice the model to then take the profiles at the given slices but the bend where they meet is causing me issues.
I currently just use the loft surface function but have looked into the bridging curve function too but that doesnāt work as well but itās probably how Iām using it.
Happy to be pointed in the direction of relevant video tutorials of these functions as a way of guidance, I donāt need fully spoon feeding but I do need my hand held š
Iāll redo the scan for even greater detail but Iām mostly wanting to have a workflow sorted.
Happy to share the project/screen shots once Iām back at my pc.

I've encountered a lot of problems with Outlier that can be solved by one solution: talking/listening to its workers.
The solutions they implement can be seen between the lines: how they bold instructions, repeat the most basic stuff, etc. thinking it will solve the imaginary problems. I imagine them in their executive meeting discussing the problems with the overall tasks, looking at the data where a large number of contributors make mistakes in this one part, and coming up with ideas that they think will solve this, usually through brute force. They must think that if they hammer the instructions to the contributors, the contributors magically follow it to a tee.
That's the reason why I see instructions being very cluttered and just being very ineffective. There's no connection between the contributors and the leadership. They only see us as numbers. If only they go beyond the data and see where the real problem lies, they may come up with a better solution that not only helps the contributors but the company and its profits as well.
I'm tired of this strict onboarding with instructions that seem to be written by ten-year-olds. You have to be lucky to go through a quiz that's actually graded. One mistake and you're out even though it's poorly done. Who's getting punished for this? The contributors, obviously, but Outlier itself as well. They're making a lot of false negative errors, turning away a lot of good contributors. Does this solve the problem? No! If you're an attempter, you see a lot of shitty reviews. If you're a reviewer, you see a lot of shitty attempts.
I didn't investigate Outlier, I don't have proof, and I only based these assumptions on what I observed. But I think it's obvious that this is somewhat or part of it is true.
TL;DR Most problems in Outlier can be blamed on execs only seeing us as numbers and approaching performance problems based on the data only. If only they listen to the community and try to take our perspective and feedback seriously, they may implement better solutions that don't hurt both the workers and the company. Anyway, this is just a rant full of assumptions.

Hey, everyone! I just wanted to drop by and share my thoughts on a FNAF VHS series I watched earlier today called Freddy Junior's. I've only watched the first two so far, and I think they are really good.
My favorite one has to be the first one, where the main episode focuses on a couple of doctors in a hospital tending to a child who suffered poisoning. I think this is a unique way to show just how much of a monster Willam Afton was in this universe by poisoning his victims, and I find it a bit more creative and unique than just stabbing. Plus, the performances of the actors is really good, and the screaming child really makes the final act unnerving.
Here's the playlist in case anyone wants to check it out. I find it amazing that this YouTuber went from creating analog horror involving Ennard fighting a jet (yes, that's a thing) to making this masterpiece!
