I’m in Southern California - we just had massive fires that ended up 3-4 miles away from our neighborhood.
My neighbor has about 18-20 Ash trees 50ft tall along the back side of their home/ about 20 feet adjacent to ours. The trees are just under the power lines (power co will only trim so they are 10ft from lines).
Ash trees especially diseased dry dead wood burn hot and quick.
How do I get their insurance company to inspect?
We’ve already had a conversation with them to trim/cut/maintain…of course it’s costly to cut so many large trees.

Im curious if any other maladaptive daydreamers do this. But does anyone pretend as if someone ( like your crush, friends, family, etc) is watching you act out " scenes " in your daydream like their watching a movie and your the actor in it? For example, like if your daydreaming that your being interviewed and your imagining that your crush is watching the interview. Or another example, your daydreaming as a character in a play or movie and someone is watching you act it all out. For me it'll even go as far as me having to look at photos of the person to make it feel more real, or I'll have to literally have the photo of the person facing me as I daydream and act out all the fake conversations and stuff physically. is this crazy lmao?? I'm so intrigued if I'm the only MD'er that does this.

 | I’ve had my starter for about two weeks now, I was feeding it at a ratio of about 1:5:5 for a while because it had a very strong acetone smell, but in the past few days I’ve been slowly transitioning over to a 1:1:1 ratio and it has been consistently doubling. The smell is also gone and it has a soutangy smell I’d expect. At the moment, I just feed it once a day. I haven’t tried baking with it yet since I am a bit busy,(planning on doing it next weekend), but is it too early to refrigerate the starter until then? There's a scene where they go to the beach, and she forgets him there, only remembering later, and he ends up getting sunburned. Going over the timeline of Lumon CEO’s and their activities (here) after watching S2E1, I’m still thinking slavery is Lumon’s main product, and various forms of severance are the tools to make it. For example: Cobel has two clear personas: not cobel vs Selvig of but cobel/sielvig vs her childlike moments when she retreats into a room and frame of mind that belongs to a previous stage, one in which she probably attended Myrtle Eagan’s school for girls. Cobel, in this scenario, became severed psychologically through her experience in the school. The tensions between the separate personas is the psychological equivalent of Petey’s physical suffering during reintegration. Lumon,in my view, has been severing people since Kier founded it. Pharmacology, psychology, and now tech like the chip, are all Means to an end: open up new ways of enslaving humans after the civil war. Whether by separating a person from reality, separating a person from pain (leaving pain to the alternate persona, like Gaby does), separating a person from the ethical implications of their actions, separating work from life, and possibly separating those who deserve the potential immortality the chip allows from those who become “cattle” (Helly’s words), it’s all the same: enslaving many humans for the benefit of a few.
