Hi there,
I learnt to finally accept after 20 odd years of excessive binge drinking it somehow needs to stop. I drank a half a bottle of rum lastnight and feel shocking today. My life is currently at its lowest to the point of which I'm applying for voluntary bankruptcy due to my drinking and then gambling while drunk. My mental health is suffering severely because of this so I have attempted to seek out some help through psychologists, financial counsellors and currently I've started talking to an alcohol & drug counsellor. I'm aware of the terrible problems alcohol is causing me so I'm seeking out this help but none of it seems to work. There's like a devil on my shoulder telling me to not try, to not listen to what these people say and that these people are stupid and don't understand me. They want me to write a substance use journal and expect me to instantly swap my drinking for healthy habits. I feel like they are offering simple solutions for complex problems so I don't do it as I believe it won't help me. My question is how do I change my mental state to want to help myself instead of fighting it? Is it possible that therapy is not the answer for some people? Are there any other solutions that might help me?

Basically title. Feel like the game would be so much more fun without ults. It kinda removes all skill from the game and completely kills all complexity.
It just devolves into 3 supports chaining their immortality fields one after the other, followed by some dps ults that instawipe teams.
I have zero clue why characters get their ults 2-3x per team fight.
Often time the game is won on the starting screen by just seeing who has more people queuing together. Cause they can just chain broken ults back to back.

 | Eu curso História e estou no 7º perÃodo. Resolvi iniciar Pedagogia (EAD) esse semestre e cursar os dois juntos na mesma faculdade. Como eu já cursei muitas matérias em História que também estão em Pedagogia, eles validaram elas e eu iniciarei pedagogia no 4º perÃodo (e creio que irei validar ainda mais algumas e talvez termine em fim de 2026, ou seja, em 2 anos) . Eu irei cursar normalmente, terei estágios, TCC. Meu caso não se aplica a esses que estão falando, certo? Não é uma segunda graduação, visto que nem terminei a primeira. Eu só validei matérias que eu já havia feito igual ou com mesmo conteúdo. Tem problema por ser EAD? É totalmente EAD. My fiancé and I currently have 2 model 3s and we love them, but we also just had our first kid and are planning on kid #2 so we need to upsize. I’ve already test driven the Lightning and absolutely love it and fiancé loves it too. They’re offering a great trade in price and there’s extra rebates for trading in Tesla’s so we ordered one. After all discounts, rebates, and tax credits it comes to $59k at 0%apr for a fully loaded truck. We ran the numbers and can afford it. I’ll utilize the truck bed since I’m an electrician and do side work every once in a while and we both snowboard. Love the idea of having a frunk and spacious interior. I hate maintenance so EVs are great for me. I don’t tow and I’m very aware of charging during roadtrips. Now that I’ve said all that, my question is, should I be considering anything else? I don’t like the way rivians look and the Silverado ev is out of my price range. I actually like the cybertruck but that’s also out of my price range.
