Hi all! I just wanted to drop in and ask of anyone had any advice/information to share about the MFA/MS program in Viz. I'm really wanting to go back to school because I don't think I dove deep enough into my industry and knowledge of animation/game design ar my school (UT Dallas, ATEC program), and after knowing a lot more about my industry, Viz seems like it's be up my alley with a stronger focus on technical skills, research, and a better network of people in the industry.
I have no idea where to start with grad school and whether I can even afford it at the moment, but it's been something I've been heavily considering and would love to set a goal for myself in the future if it sounds like a right fit.
So yeah, I welcome all advice regarding the program, or even general advice about grad school and how you managed it. It's always been something I wanted to pursue, but never seemed realistic of feasible until now 😵💫

El caso fue el siguiente. Mi amigo y su novia migraron y al tiempo me recibieron a mi en una habitación que compartíamos los tres. Luego ellos dos se mudaron y quedé solo yo en dicha habitación.
Un día, mi amigo y su novia ( cabe acotar que éramos amigos los tres desde mucho antes de esa relación) terminan porque él parecía "no estar más enamorado" así que arreglaron y se separaron un tiempo en el que básicamente se dividió el grupo con los demás amigos en común. Ella alquilo con otras amigas en un monoambiente donde solíamos hacer reuniones y joder, etc. Al igual que en mi lugar. Donde también vivía otro de nuestros amigos y ella iba de vez en cuando para tomar unas cervezas y charlar y si se hacía muy tarde o por x razón se quedaba y dormía conmigo. Todo normal, excepto uno de esos que sentí un impulso de darle un beso y lo intenté. Se fue todo al carajo, y la razón principal es porque dos días antes había vuelto con mi amigo y yo lo sabía pero esa noche me importó un carajo todo. Ella se indignó demasiado, tanto que tomo un taxi y se fue, hicieron que el otro amigo que vivía conmigo se mudará con ellos y me dejaron completamente solo, creo que hasta quizo denunciarme o hacerme una perimetral...
Esto pasó hace 5 años y hoy en día sigo "excluido" de ese círculo que ahora no es más porque se volvieron a separar y definitivo. En parte porque ella era una persona insegura y un poco problemática que incluso les hizo pasar muy malos ratos al tiempo de todo esto. Nosotros no volvimos a hablar más y yo terminé cayendo en problemas de alcohol y dr#gas porque literalmente quedé completamente solo en un país extranjero sumado a los problemas del 2020 - 2022. Y aunque ahora logré superarlo siento que mi vida ya no tiene el mismo valor ni sentido.
¿Tan imperdonable fue haber hecho eso?

It's not that i don't know how to lose weight cause i did it 4 years ago. I lost 40kg and i had my dream body . But after a vacation i thought it's okay to go to my bad habits and binge eat . So i gained all the weight back and even gained 2 times more . I know how to lose it i just don't know how to be consistent again. Like ill be doing pilates and some food cut out for a week or so and then i crash out and give up. Please i need to know how to not give up and keep going.
