I (15F) have struggled with my mental health for a very long time. Mood swings, anxiety, the desire to tear your way out of your own skin, all the great stuff. But recently it’s been all too much, and my mental state has been rapidly declining. I told my parents about my issues a few years ago and I started therapy, but my mom only takes me once every few months so there is very little growth. I want to share my feelings but they never set up a system where I feel safe to share my feelings. I’m really struggling and I’m tired of people telling me it’s “just my hormones” because it’s a lot more than that. I don’t know what I should do but I know suicide isn’t the answer. I just want to know what I am supposed to do.

Olha, já tive pessoas interessadas em mim. Mas o público é tão distinto, não existe um estilo que me prefere, seja a etnia ou classe social. Eu pareço um rapaz certinho, pelo jeito de vestir.
Desde que me tornei adulto. Às relações ficaram muito difíceis, não sei o que devo fazer. Estou completamente perdido. Eu ando me sentindo um bosta atualmente depois desse evento que relatei no meu título.
Uma pessoa totalmente descartável e irrelevante. Vou parar por um tempo essa busca constante por relações. Já estou há uns 2 anos nessa constante e não obtive resultados. O problema pode ser eu, mas não sei, só estou exaurido. É muita pressão e ao mesmo tempo indiferença.
Eu tô com raiva também, mas me segurei para não xingar a pessoa. Não gosto de deixar os meus piores sentimentos eclodir, porque sei que vou dizer muita bobagem. E mesmo assim não seria suficiente para retirar a raiva do meu coração, eu teria que chegar as vias de fato.
Mas, quando seguro essa raiva toda. Eu passo muito mal, fico com dor de cabeça e pareço que vou explodir. Olha, eu sou bem calmo, é muito raro eu me deixar levar pela raiva. Só que poxa, foi escroto a resposta que eu recebi e totalmente sem noção.
Sabe 2 meses ocupada, mas fez atividades sociais com outras pessoas. Sequer enviou uma mensagem para desmarcar ou avisar. Sei lá, tô começando a repensar minha ética de agir a partir de agora. Não há muita honestidade nas pessoas aparentemente. Sinto que eu estou sendo feito de bobo.
Apenas queria ser confortado. Mas, não sei, me sinto tão tosco e idiota por ter sido feito de trouxa. Estou embaraçado, de verdade.

Hola esto me paso hace unos meses, pero bueno les cuento Yo eh sido muy precavido sobre mi seguridad, siempre cerrando todo tipo de entrada a mi casa, una noche en una tormenta mientras estaba acostándome, escuche un ruido como de pisadas por mi ventana yo me fije, y no vi nada. Yo imagine que quizás había sido un animal, entonces me vuelvo a acostar, y de reojo creí a ver visto una sombra pasando por mi ventana yo me fije y vi alguien parado sin cabello, con ojos santones, alto y sonriente, mirándome fijamente, yo claramente asustado agarre mi teléfono y marque ala policía, les explique la situación y dijieron que una patrulla llegaría, yo me fije en la ventana y no había nadie, después de eso llego la patrulla, inspeccionaron toda la casa y no encontraron nada, excepto un mensaje escrito por el polvo de mi casa que decía ¿por qué? Yo no entendía que estaba pasando, después de eso me mude y no me volvió a pasar nada extraño.

I tried to look at menus on the Tokyo Disney site but since it's January, most of the menu's don't have much ice cream, and none of the frozen treat wagons are listed. I've seen a few tic toc videos that show one or two treats, but no info on whether or not they would have been included in this deal.
Is there a good list anywhere of what options might be available in June/July?
