I've double checked the local files and it doesn't seem to be open anywhere else, nor is the drive even close to full. Thoughts?

I am looking to buy some developing/established pomegranate trees and I came across Ty Ty nursery, but wanted to do some reasearch prior to placing any orders. I found several very negative reviews about Ty Ty but they were all very old. I’m talking 9-19 years old. But it's the only one l've had NO action on. I've even discounted my stuff for way lower than what I paid for and what it's worth/ what I could sell it for thinking that would help, but nope.
