I got a 3x3 tent kit for xmas and want to start growing herbs and vegetables. I want to know if I have adequate lighting to do so. I got 2 x 115w LED full spectrum panels at the top of the tent and 4 x 10w LED full spectrum bar lights on the sides for better penetration. Total of 270w, 30w per square foot.
Is this enough? Thanks for the help!

Hello, I posted the other day about my crosstaper from paxil to lexapro. I was at 20mg paxil. Then did 15mg pax and 5mg lex. Then 10mg pax and 10mg lex. Then 5mg pax and 10mg lex. Now I am at 2.5 pax and 15mg lex. The small dose of paxil just because when I went to 5mg paxil I had more side effects that popped up that my dr says is probably paxil withdrawal.
So I was already feeling hightened anxiety, loss of appetite, nausea, GI stuff, but at 5mg paxil my sleep started getting disturbed
More vivid dreams and I would wake up feeling more tired yet I would get woken up by morning anxiety and that would just pretty much screw my whole day up. Been more fearful like that impending doom type anxious feeling, also more lightheaded/dizzy feeling especially when I exert myself. Yesterday I went to 2.5 mg paxil and 10mg lexapro and my dr today told me to go ahead and go up to 15mg lexepro and take the 2.5mg paxil.
I want to feel normal again at least functioning. She says she thinks I should start feeling better at a higher dose of lexapro and is hopeful that ill be feeling better sooner than later.
I wanted to ask what do you other psychs on the internet think?
I do take a daily extended release ativan at night that's 1.5mg and have regular ativan to take when needed. I try not to take the regular ativan often but the past couple days ive probably had to take 2 of my 1mg pills, today I only took .5 of my regular ativan but still having anxiety but trying not to rely on the benzo.

In spite of our youthful appearance, we are in fact quite venerable in age but that is a long tale for another time - sufficient to say during our travels we managed to...displease...Emma-O and he doesn't want to see us again for a long, long time.

Greetings all and may I ask if you've all had your rice today?
On the 7th of December I played my final game in a five year long 4th Ed. L5R game, of which my joyfully twisted rank 10 Shosuro Infiltrator / Bayushi Bushi Taka and Taro accompanied me for four and a half years, spanning the Great Famine to the beginning of the Clan Wars, although my GM, a wily and enigmatic guy by the name of Bryan Martin, hated the Mantis clan so much he merc'ed Yoritomo and wiped the fleet out after hiring out to the Crab after they allied with Hantei Digotsu, and he cut the legs out of the Scorpion Coup, having the Lying Darkness corrupt our beloved mistress, Lady Bayushi Kachiko so badly that after the assassination of the Emperor, the Empire fell to chaos.
I mourn Kachiko even today, more than a month later, as if she had been a real person in my life. Though I've no prospects of an L5R game anytime soon (or any game for that matter, still trying to find a group where I am) Taka and Taro are yet a living part of me, and as I left the game before the story's ending had been resolved, it is an open wound in my heart. I intend to write a fan-fic about the extensive (and lecherous) adventures of my beloved shinobi and their extended 'Manson Family' of willingly seduced and adopted beautiful urchins, misfits, and ronin once I get to a place where I'm writing again.
A little about me: I'm closer to 50 than 40 and have been actively gaming for the past 20 years. Before that, I played my first RPG, Shadowrun, back when it was a FASA property in the late 80s in elementary school. In high school, I played a bit of Battletech, FASA Star Trek, and Rifts. It wasn't until the early 2000s when my military career crashed and burned in a rather spectacular way that I found myself in a community of vets like me who had plenty of time on their hands and loved to roll dice and tell or be a part of wonderful stories. Saga Edition Star Wars was my thing for the first ten years before I got into 3.5 D20 Modern, AEG's Stargate, Pathfinder P1, and eventually 4th Edition L5R. By the time I 'got to Rokugan' the 4th Edition books were so expensive, I ended up buying the 3.5 Rokugan and Oriental Adventures, as well as inheriting a very much unloved 5th Edition (...viewed as such heresy as to not be allowed at our table...) core book. After two decades in that never-never land, I've rejoined the real world with a whole host of fictional characters from RPGs that are, in many ways, more real to me than living people. In time I hope to find a new community where I can enjoy the company of like minded refugees from this terrible place we call 'reality' but until then if you don't mind, I'd like to keep you company here and breath just a little bit easier, feeling the Emerald Empire close at hand.

I (F27) and my husband (32M) have three children. My oldest (6M) is my biological child and my husbandās step-child. I got married young and had my son when I was 20, of course being young and dumb me and my ex stayed married maybe for less than 2 years then divorced. My ex-Husband (28) and I have a okay relationship and try to put our son needs way before our petty feelings towards each other and itās worked out well. My ex provides health insurance through the army for our son and pays 500$ in child support each month, but if my son wants something he will sometimes send me money for school trips or to just go get him McDonaldās. Son only sees his dad 2 days every other week but if heās having a school break he will stay with ex husband longer than 2 days and he does try to be involve with him as much as he can being he lives 4 hours away and is active duty in the army. My now Husband met me when my son was a year old and we have been together for 4 years. Heās never really liked my ex because he sees him as a bad parent but he pretends in front of my son to like his dad. My son has asthma and is in public school so he is constantly getting sick and Iām constantly having to take him to the dr. The health insurance my ex provides for our child doesnāt fully cover his Dr visits and I will have to swipe my card to pay for it. This is the debit card and personal bank account I have set up in my name for the child support to go into. My husband has payed for sonās asthma medication and Dr visits before which is 200$ every 4 months but he doesnāt pay for it all the time the child support does. I guess he sees the card as āmineā and he thinks Iām paying for everything when Iām technically not. Heās been telling me my ex needs to pay for my sonās medicine and Dr appointments. He also needs to start taking him to the Dr and stop depending on me to do it. Like I said before weāve had shit luck with our vehicles this past year and havenāt always had a āfamily carā to take kids to the dr. I tell him the guy lives 4 hours away and he either has him on weekends or holidays and most of the time Dr offices donāt open during that time. He says urgent care and hospitals are open all the time and ex should take son there if heās with him and sick. I said his main doctors are here and the kid lives here with us and I donāt expect him to take our other two children to the doctor why would I expect the same from my ex? Itās caused a big problem for us but I believe my husband is being irrational and if he sees my oldest son as a son like he claims he wouldnāt have a problem paying for things for him. Husband also tells me he wants ex to buy son new clothing when son needs it that he (husband) shouldnāt have to pay for his(son) clothes too. My ex now wife usually take him school clothes shopping every year because she likes shopping with our son and because she canāt have children of her own it makes her have the mom role, which I donāt mind I want her to feel like his mom too. My husband has bought him clothes before too but mostly just āoh son would love this shirtā type of clothes. I feel like Iām not being irrational about my way of thinking but maybe Iām wrong and maybe I should have my ex take more responsibility. Aita?

- She will always portray her family and her extended family members as the best in the world. She will never say anything against them to you, even if you are completely on the right side of things. She will always be the "daddy's lil princess". 498A is never filed solely by the wife, her parents definitely have a role in influencing her.
- She will show her hatred/disdain only to other specific family members all the time (mostly other females like her cousins/sisters-in-law). Observe how she treats all the women in her family. If there's anyone she hates, she'll give vague replies like "She's crazy" or something similar, rather than giving you specific examples/situations. And if you ask her about it, she'll say, "I don't know" or "I don't involve myself in her affairs". A person who doesn't know the ground reality has no right to pass off casual judgements.
- Never marry a girl who's the apple of the eyes of her extended family members. She has built a "good girl" image in front of them and will do anything in her power to protect it, even if it means throwing you under the bus. Also, she'll always show great attachment to specific members of her family. Others, she'll hate with a passion. There's never a middle ground for her in how to maintain relationships.
- During marriage discussions, if her dad says, he's getting her married "off", because of societal pressure and not because he wants to, run....
- Does things with your joint account/money/wealth without informing you, and when you confront her, she uses the equality card, or ask, "How does it matter?". She will always be unempathetic to your financial requirements.
- Never be in a relationship with "the frog in the well". A person like that will not know much about the world and will only have major interactions with her family members only, and not with her friends/colleagues.
- She'll always have a rosy picture about her relationships. She'll never acknowledge the fact that all relationships have their ups and downs.
- She uses her job not as a means to earn and sustain her livelihood, but to show the world how she's "independent". She will try her best to put down her fellow female colleagues by either shaming her or by any other means.
- If at any point of time, she uses the phrase, "I want to set an example for everyone..." in any instance, just run....
- If she cries or throws a tantrum because you just asked a question in a polite manner without showing any form of intimidation, dump her. She has the skills to use her tears to manipulate people, rather than talking sense.
- If she complains about every little thing/mistake you do to her daddy dearest, ditch her. By little things, I mean forgetting to switch off the washroom light, not keeping your room tidy, etc.
- She will love you for your money, your status. Because if you deny her that privilege at any point of time, she'll go to any lengths to destroy you.
- She'll consult her personal problems with her parents only, rather than her close friends. Because she doesn't like to disclose anything about her personal life to them.
- She doesn't disclose much about her family's/friends' problems. If you get to know anything by chance and ask her about it, she'll usually try to steer clear from the conversation.
