2025.01.19 04:50 AnikaGSD52 My LG OLED C2 Square Trade

So my C2 powers on for a short time then shuts off. I have the Allstate Square Trade warranty from Costco on it. After a few emails and lots of questions and pictures, they sent out a local repair team to fix the issue. When they came, they found a row of dead pixels when a white screen is projected. They stopped troubleshooting right then and reported back to Allstate. They contacted me today via email and want to send me a B3 to replace my C2 (only option given to me). I kinda feel this is a downgrade and not acceptable. Biggest thing for me is the two HDMI ports on the B3 vs the four on the C2 and the brightness of the C2 over the B3. Am I wrong to feel this or should I just accept the B3 and be glad they are honoring the warranty?

Title. I got a set of K702s for $99 on Black Friday from guitar center. Of course the sound is a little thin, but that is to be expected with these headphones.
I know people recommend using these headphones with an amp. However, I have a 2021 macbook pro with the high impedance jack and macs are known for having good sound cards.
So with that in mind, should I get a DAC/Amp? Would it make a difference compared to the sound from my 2021 macbook pro? If it would, any recommendations for $100?
Any advice is appreciated!

Was considering buying a soda stream system as I try to get away from high fructose syrup, but I can't seem to find cane sugar syrups in the US. Any sites I have reviewed either A) don't ship to US, B) Only use fructose in their syrups or C) Don't list their ingredients on their webpage (that's you Soda Stream).
As a bonus, I would really love the international style coca-cola that uses cane sugar but this company only delivers to Canada.

Just need to share this to the world to get it off my back.....
I'm a 44 year old woman. I'm attractive, very intelligent with a great sense of humor. Men love me at first. They think I'm the sexiest thing that has ever existed. They say how I'm so easy to talk to and enjoy being with me. I feel absolutely wonderful that someone in this world finds me sexy and wants to be with me. Then the "real me" starts to come out. I have disorganized attachment style that leans anxious. I start to get obsessive - not in a Fatal Attraction, crazy stalker sort of way, more like limerence. I start projecting this huge fantasy on them and, as a 44 year old single woman I should know better, but that's what I end up always doing. I want to be around them all the time. I get clingy. Then they start to push away. Then the fear creeps in and then I get even more clingy, which of course then pushes them even further away. Then they end it (or sometimes I do) and then the break up is horrible. Not necessarily, because I like them , but because I have to say goodbye to the fantasy. As I said, I hate that I do this. I'm 44 years old and have been dating for years. I should know better, but it always happens and then I feel horrible about myself, because I'm a smart, intelligent woman and I just like I'm desperate and psycho. Of course the guys I end up having an actual relationship with I really don't like or find attractive or they're total assholes who use this anxious attachment to their advantage.
And, yes, I'm in therapy. I have a history of trauma that includes sexual abuse before the age of five. And, of course, I know why I do this is all part of this, which creates even more shame.
Just needed to share.

01/18/2025 I’m feeling much less overwhelmed than yesterday. Crying into a pillow while listening to music does fucking wonders. I hope I wasn’t too annoying yesterday with my improv group.
I finished my French project. I had to make phone charm/lanyard things so I can sell them in French to my classmates. My parents helped me make a few of them, so that was pretty nice. It was my first time making these, and I’m not too good with crafts in general, but I’d say they turned out pretty well. I’m starting some of my other homework now.
I really should stop panicking over these things. Now that my mind is clearer, I realize that I had more time for my homework than I previously thought. Guess I was just overreacting again. It was really foolish of me to act like that. This happens all the time.
So, I’m fine right now!! My brother had a soccer game earlier, and my parents went to watch, so I was home alone for a few hours. I got to sing as loudly as I wanted, which was honestly really nice. I feel a little like the epitome of a Live, Laugh, Love sign, because I’m definitely living (unfortunately), laughing, and loving!!
Anyways, here’s some photos of the phone charms I made, plus a phone charm that I made for myself because that’s probably the closest thing I can get to a pride flag right now. If they look like shit, then don’t fucking say anything because I tried. (Also, I know the lighting is shit.)

Hello! Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but I'll try to explain this simply. I have Sonos Soundbar , 2 rear and one sub on my PC. I noticed that with my Soundblaster X4 hooked up to it with dolby digital live is like WOAH quality when compared with the ususal output.

I’m a Spurs fan and Memphis just kicked our ass twice in a row and Aldama was awesome in both games. So naturally I want to steal him from our rival in free agency this summer
I’m curious what sort of deal he gets this summer, how big of a priority he is for Memphis when they’re already got Ja, Bane, and JJJ taking up a ton of money.
Idk their situation too intimately but it seems like they have a good deal of money already committed moving forward, and am guessing they don’t have a ton of picks to move if they’re trying to get off of bad money to make room for him
I also just read that if JJJ makes All NBA or wins DPOY (All NBA looks pretty good at this point), then he’ll be eligible for a 30% or 35% max. Could they really do a giant extension for him and pay Aldama too?
I look at Cam Johnson’s 4 year $95 mil extension and I think he should get more than that, but I look at Trey Murphy getting 4 for $112 and think Aldama should get less than that
So is 4 for $100 in the ballpark? Assuming JJJ makes All NBA can they afford to give Aldama $25 mil a season too?
Is there enough potential w Aldama where it could be worth to go past $25 mil a season and really try and steal him?
