Just bought a pair of MK Barz copper dice on here and they were stolen on arrival...by my wife. ๐
She won't give them back and wants them for DnD. Well, now I'm stuck looking for a second pair of these dice... Looking to pay $15 again for another pair of MK Bars dice.
Also, if anyone has solid copper DnD dice that are suitable for game play, I'd be interested in those as well. Might be able to use them to ransom back my 6 sided dice from her. ๐คฃ

I understand how remote work can be a win-win for both employees as well as the employers. The previous few years saw Covid changing the workplace arrangement which made it suitable to operate remotely. However, the situation has also made the admins start managing remote teams with the help of tracking software that invokes micromanagement, unclear expectations from the remote teams, vague support for mental health issues to name a few, and it has left me wondering why there arenโt more structured and cohesive plans to make remote work seamless for everyone involved.
Iโve heard of practices where managers schedule unnecessary daily check-ins just to "ensure productivity," use tracking devices which monitor the time and frequency of using keystrokes or a mouse, take a screen shot of the monitor at various intervals, video an employee's work in "real time", offering incentives based or whatever. One could say that those are all part of what a manager is entitled to do. Certainly. But on our end, as leaders and team members, so is creating better strategies and systems that make remote work applicable and effective. Determining KPIs, defining communication and interaction structure and rules, and orchestrating work time on a reasonable basis are some of the ways to establish trust in remote teams.
What are some of your strategies or tools you implement with your team and what worked best? I'd love to hear your opinion on this as we have been struggling with this for quite some time now and know we could improve this. We are a team of 10 remote workers, all working in different countries.

I just got a 2025 GV80 and I love it so far! My only doubt is that I've heard and read a lot about how quiet and insulated the cabin is in addition to how smooth it usually rides. I've had the car for about 6 weeks and while it's definitely not loud or too harsh, it's just a bit loudeharsher than I thought. It seems like I do hear the road noise and notice road imperfections more clearly than what I would've anticipated.
In my country you can't really customise the options so you just get a mid-option pack or a "full-option" pack (which doesn't really include ALL options). I bought the full option but it doesn;t have the camera suspension system thing, yet it does have 22 inch wheels. So my questions could the noise and slightly harsher ride be attributed to the fact that the wheels are 22 inches instead of 20 inches? Does anybody have any experience with these sizes and how they ride? Would it be worth it to pay to replace the wheels/tires?
