Bom... Pra começar, sou viciado em porn* desde minha infância (tenho 20 anos), e já cheguei no ato e tudo mais antes dos 10 anos de idade, com parente, é... (mas nem considero que perdi a virgindade de fato por questões óbvias) *Nessa época meu pai faleceu também.
De 2017 pra cá as coisas, cara... Grande parte da minha família se envolveu em umas paradas erradas aí e hoje tão tipo no maior aperto. Me isolei muito nesse período também, parei de estudar, socializar, perdi meus únicos amigos e desde então estou sozinho (tirando que já chegava a abusar de bebidas e medicamentos o que já bagunçou mais ainda meu psicológico), hoje mal consigo conversar como gente normal na internet por medo de julgamentos e por conta da ansiedade, então prefiro só não ter ninguém, mesmo desejando ter, é muito doido.
Odiava meu padrasto também, eram brigas praticamente todos os dias em casa, o que já ajudava em me manter nessa minha "bolha" *coisa boa foi que minha mãe se separou dele (mas não duvido voltarem), e que parei com as "paradinhas" pois fiquei longe. Falando dela, eu viajei e me afastei enquanto os dois ainda estavam juntos, dps ela veio morar aqui comigo (na minha vó), mas já foi embora *tudo por questões financeiras.
Desde que fui mandado embora da porcaria do meu primeiro emprego não consegui mais outro, e meus problemas tem me atrapalhado tipo muito, em entrevistas básicas mesmo (minhas duas últimas foram péssimas).
Próximo ao final do ano voltei a conversar com uma garota em que era apaixonado na infância, e até chegamos a ficar juntos (minha primeira vez) e fui a um culto vê-la cantar, e me senti tão diferente em uns dias, mas aparentemente já era, comprei um presente de aniversário p ela em dezembro e ela só passou a me ignorar depois disso, fora que ela tem problemas com ex... Mas não a julgo, independentemente por quais motivos quis ficar comigo e se distanciar, só podia aceitar pelo menos o que fui de coração comprar (tanto que nem me ofereci de ir encontrá-la nem nada) e ser transparente como mulher, simples, mas enfim.
De verdade mesmo só queria sumir, meus pensamentos me consomem constantemente, e parece que não sairei disso nunca.

- I set streaks that make sense for me, like 30 days or 90 days. Forever is scary.
- I don't decide to start nofap after post-nun-clarity. You can't take yourself serious in that situation.
- I have belief in myself because I have reached my previous goals. Start with a week or 10 days to build confidence and to test waters. You have to know what it is like before you set a longer goal.

2025.01.19 08:24 Le_Swordfish Provisional License has old Address and test is coming up
Hi folks! My provisional license has an old address on it since I got it several years ago, and since I didn't drive then I haven't bothered to update it. I've now started learning and been learning for a while, and have a test coming up in the middle of february.
I assume I'll need to show my license to take the test. Is it too late to send the current one in to get the address changed? (I can't find any estimates for how long it should take). Or, if I pass the test, will they let me update the address before getting a full license? Or should I wait for a full license and then immediately send that in to get the address updated?

2025.01.19 08:24 No-Expression-1459 Genuinely feel like calling cops on my parents, but not for the reasons you think.
TLDR; I'm 17M, 10th grade, height is around 5'8 and weight is around 35kgs (severely underweight). I havent been to school since a year and out of my house since 9 months atleast. Feel like if i call police atleast i'll be able to go to school.
I'm still in 10th grade because my parents put me in school a year late and then again in between school they made me repeat another year because they couldnt afford the fees.
I'm underweight probably because i barely eat 2 times a day, my sleep schedule is fucked up. Sometimes i sleep at 6am, 8 am, 2pm, etc.
Haven't been to school because my parents couldnt pay the fees and now they aren't even letting me join gov school or give exam via NIOS. They are planning on making me repeat another year but i just cant, i feel dying would be a better choice for me rn.
Haven't been outside my house because my school friends live nearby and i dont want to be seen by them.
My parents genuinely dont give a fuck especially my mother. I've told her numerous times i feel like ki**ing myself but the smugness on her face never disappeared. She's extremely manipulative.
We can afford a normal or a government school but they want to keep me in private cuz they like to show off around relatives when in reality we're broke because of their poor financial decisions.
I genuinely don't know what life's like outside. I've missed all my school trips, farewells, competitions, other events, etc. I don't have any friend cuz I've ghosted everyone.
Sorry if this is a little vague but i couldnt write everything without breaking down or doxxing myself. Please help me out here. I just need a way to not repeat another year, other stuff i think i can recover with enough time.

I am building an app that is integrated into stripe for handling subscriptions.
When a subscription expires or is cancelled a webhook updates the subscription status for the user in my subscriptions table.
Whenever anyone logs into the app their JWT auth token will contain their current subscription status.
I'm wondering what the best way to handle when to check the status is?
(i use supabase auth if that matters. )
Did people typically just check this at login or do you verify the status within the vue router within a navigation guard on every route?
Love to hear how others are handling this ?

About 2 years ago I had torn my right ACL and meniscus. The reason for stalling the surgery was mostly because of financial reasons and partially because of doctors not being very communicative. This tear had me really struggling mostly mentally but I had somewhat overcome that.
Today I tore my left ACL and I feel like dying now. My father is a simple small businessman and was saving up for the surgery, but me being me, I tore it by landing awkwardly. I would rather amputate my legs rather see my dad have even more financial strain. I feel really sad now, every minute I bawl my fucking eyes out. I don't even know what to do now. Every time I see my dad, I just can't hold it.
